  2. Hello, recently we paid our invoice for the due balance, but we never got confirmation or any response at all. Neither support responds and our service is still suspended.
  3. I've heard funkywizard is able to help sometimes, so this is my best bet.
  4. This is terribly frustrating and terrible customer service. We pay for something and we expect it to function, not for it to be down for multiple days without reason.

  20. DemonVPS has been AWOL for a very long time. I would strongly recommend anyone still using them move somewhere else. They will be terminated for nonpayment soon, which should have happened years ago.
