Velka's Rapier and Sorcery thoughts/general notes

This is an All Bosses run using Velka's Rapier and Sorcery. I made it up as I went the first time. It was fun, so I want to do it again. This is a general idea of what the run is going to look like. The more detailed notes are here: https://pastebin.com/yHj04WV1

I actually forgot to kill Stray Demon. Oops.

After doing the run and watching most of it, I decided I wimped out by killing too many bosses with Sorcery instead of the rapier.
With that in mind, I came up with the following list:

Bosses I wouldn't mind killing with Velka's Rapier:

1. Priscilla
2. O&S
3. Taurus Demon
4. Gargoyles
5. Quelaag
6. Sif
7. Stray Demon
8. Capra Demon
9. Gaping Dragon
10. Demon Firesage
11. Pinwheel
12. Nito (?)
13. Seath (?)
14. Sanctuary Guardian (?)
15. Gwyn (?) (Parry!)
16. Gwyndolin
17. Moonlight Butterfly (Yeah, it's going to be annoying, but oh well...)
18. Ceaseless Discharge (It'll probably be the cheese kill, but the final blows will be with Velka's)
19. Bed of Chaos (Still going to do Tokhi Bombs of course!)

Bosses I don't want to, or can't kill with Velka's
1. Artorias (Way too annoying/hard! I could do it though technically, well maybe...)
2. Manus (Yeah, I still can't kill Manus with Melee)
3. Kalameet (See Manus)
4. Centipede Demon (No thank you!)
6. Iron Golem (Not possible in NG!)
7. Asylum Demon (could do Asylum Demon Skip, but meh...)
8. 4 Kings (I mean, this is possible, but it would be really annoying!)

- Undead Dragon (Not really necessary, but it's easier than the underbridge thing!) (Not a boss!)

- Hydra/Golden Golem (Not a boss, but still has to be killed!)

- Crystal Golem in Duke's Archives (ditto)
