VB.Net Updater Tut

The above is my forum post on my forums with the whole tut, or you can just
take a look at the 2 pastebins I have 1 containing the subs and shit for the
program that is being updated and 1 more that contains the Updater Program.
for the Updater program I suggest you look at this picture http://i.imgur.com/NsGI3VW.png
so you know the names of the labels and buttons and other shit for the
form, that way you can see a example on what does what.
