FoxieBot's Hunt-Manager Plugin

+addhunt [id], [link] - adds a new hunt to the database
+deletehunt [id] - deletes the hunt
+viewhunt [id] - views the stored hunt
+qchunt [id] - adds a QC point to the hunt.
+userhunts [user] - searches for hunts by the target user.

Except for adding, only the hunt creator/scavenger staff will be able use the commands.
