<b>Short Version</b><br>
Rosalind Korvein is the youngest of 7 siblings of the powerful bloodline of Korvein - the demon line that created Sin itself. She is the first Korvein to ever be born with two spirits within her. When her family was hunted and scattered, she started out on her own and eventually became leader of a group that came to be known as The Invisius - an elite group of thieves and assassins that haunt a city known as Lativerna and despite her youth, has risen to become Queen. But hers is a double life. She is a noble lady by day, loved and cherished by all and a underground queen of crime by night. Don't let her beautiful looks or charisma fool you - she's as cutthroat as they get and bears loyalty only to that which is hers. Her bloodline, her King, her son and her Invisius..
<br><br>
<b>Long Version:</b><br>
Born the youngest of 7 children. Rosalind's family is an old one. The Korvein are a line of demons that created sin itself. Traits of the Seven deadly sins were brought into things, only after they brought them to be, thus helping Lucifer with the taint over the world. Rosalind's mother, Beherit, was a general in Hell, until she left to make a life with a man she fell in love with: The demon Torvald. She bore him 7 children, but upon becoming pregnant with Rosalind, became cursed. It was not just she that was cursed, but Torvald, Beherit and the rest of their children.<p>
Torvald had been childhood sweethearts with a certain witch before he met Beherit, and upon returning to Lativerna when she was pregnant with Rosalind, the woman found out that he hadn't returned for her. A woman scorned, she cast a curse upon Beherit, Torvald and their children - unaware that Beherit's womb bore a soul within it. While Beherit, her husband and their older children were cursed to turn into beasts upon certain nights - the child within Beherit's womb was different.<p>
While Beherit, Torvald, and their six children were cursed to have two souls inhabiting one body, in hopes of making them look insane - the child within Beherit was different. The curse itself took place, and while her family suffered much in trying to gain control of their beasts, what had been one inhabitant of Beherit's womb became two. Rosalind was growing, and with her grew the soul of the creature she would grow to be. A Chimera. <p>
Unfortunately by the time Rosalind was born, her mother was too weak to survive. Too long had she struggled and fought to keep from shifting into her beast form, for fear that if she shifted, that she'd miscarry her unborn child. It was not long after Rosalind let out her first few cries, that the body that held her, the loving arms of her mother, became cold and that heartbeat that she'd listened to for months before her arrival, fell silent. Rosalind's first act was murder in killing her own mother.<p>
Now to be raised by her father and older siblings, Rosalind continued to amaze them in how strange she was. Where most waited until they were 15 to change, Rosalind's father moved to her cradle to find a black wolf pup resting there. It was Rosalind. Upon seeing that she could shift at such a young age, he knew that if she found out what she was, that she'd be hunted. Medications were given to her, to suppress her need to change, told to her to be vitamins. But eventually she simply stopped taking them.<p>
As she got older the bond between she and her beast was solidified, for she'd often sneak out of the house in favor of running in the woods. little did she know though, that the ugly beast she turned into was no monster at all. She was simply a Chimera. Though they bore the same body, however - the beast was not Rosalind. Her name was Louve and when she came out, she was seen to be a black chimera with amber eyes and brown high-lights upon its coat. When she'd first begun to change forms, the changes weren't graceful. For the longest time she was but a wolf, but when she began to get older and mature, her other chimera traits began to show themselves. <p>
Where her body had at first simply been that of a large black wolf, she began to feel her paws grow until they reminded her of a jaguar's own. Her limbs grew to be strongly built and fine. Her pelt about her throat and neck grew long until it billowed about her shoulders like a lion's own, and from the crown of her head grew back two large horns that swept back from her skull before sweeping upwards towards the heavens in a demonic curve. Her shoulders began to ache and scars formed of her shoulders from large and feathered wings of which would manifest from beneath her flesh when needed, only to furl or vanish within her yet again when she didn't care for them. Her tail was long and canine-like, though its locks were like that of a horse's own while her hind paws turned into cloven hooves that helped her with climbing and bore a harsh ache to forms of any who she kicked. She had the teeth of a tiger and the venomous bite of a black mamba making her job of hunting more easy due to how potent her bite was, not that those who got snared in her jaws had much of a chance. With the biting strength of a hyena, crushing bones with a bite was simple and with a body that was built for speed and battle; enemies are few and prey plentiful.<p>

Rosalind is a very versatile woman. She is also a very busy woman and in reading this section you shall see why as you take a inside look at the things that she does.♥<br>

<b><u>The Woman</u></b><br>
Rosalind makes her way in life by misbehaving in some aspects. She's known as the woman that has taken down many countries upon her own, simply because of who she is. She is known as a Mistress and in some ways can be known to give recreational scoldings in the form of a dominatrix. Don't go jumping at her thinking that she's all leather and whips though. She is a dominant and in being so, she is very picky in who she will pluck up and choose to have as one of her subordinates. So far she has a few pets, but there's a difference between one being her pet and one being her subordinate. Pets are those of whom have proven their loyalty and are no longer in need of much discipline. To her pets she is maternal and protective. Her subordinates, however, have yet to earn their stripes and are often disciplined frequently in various ways. If you seriously think that misbehaving will stand well with the woman, you've another thing coming. She doesn't keep her nine foot whip handy for no reason and is quite skilled with it. She can leave lasting marks upon your form with its lace one second, only to gently pluck a bird from the skies with its backsnap. Think she can't break you? Try her. She's very creative when it comes to what she does and can leave even the strongest of males trembling with but a simplistic glance and smile. ♥

<b><u>The Invisius Queen</u></b><br>
Growing up she went from riches to rags in the 12th century of Italy in a city known as Lativerna. There she started off as a street thief and eventually moved to become leader of them. After a night of mistakes, her thieves evolved though and after having run into a particular noble she began evolving her beautiful brood of orphan thieves into killing machines. They did bounties and hits for the right price, yet their identities remained anonymous. So anonymous that none of the Invisius know just who their leader is. She walks among her Invisius in guise of a subordinate, puppeting them from the shadows with only a trusted couple who know that she is indeed their Queen. She has overtaken Lativerna single handedly and it is now the city that her Invisius rule. They are the masked silhouettes one sees upon the rooftops at night, with billowing cloaks and masquerade masks. They strike fear into the hearts of even royalty that wishes to wander their streets, for even the King himself can do nothing to stop them. Rosalind is cut throat in her leadership of her thieves and assassins, her eyes and ears everywhere. There is no place for you to run that she can't reach. She has no fear of you or even of god. Fear is a shadow that she has become and she... sees... you.
<p>
<b><u>The Bartender</u></b><br>
During the day Rosalind is often seen by others and yet completely unnoticed as she wanders into Catatonic and works for a man known as Harlow. She is his bartender and can normally be seen to be quite joyful in her job. She gets along with others well and always has a new drink to bring to the table. She appears to adore working with her customers and can be seen to be a listening ear to them and to often be quite playful whenit comes to cheering them up. It makes her a loved ghost, yet when she doesn't care to be seen one will notice that she seems to vanish - even if she's in plain sight. For Harlow she is loyal, however, a good friend and worker that is more than willing to lend a hand when things get a little too swamped. Just as easily as she shows up at the bar she vanishes too, though.
<p>
<b><u>The Mother</u></b><br>
Rosalind has never bore children of her own. Yet she is maternal to the orphan thieves of her Invisius. She sees them as her own children, despite the fact that she bore none of them. One in particular she has adopted to be her own son though, and that is <b>Bran Korvein</b> the boy of whom she saw the most potential in. He often comes to visit her while she's working, and when near, one can notice that her demeanor changes from business to mother. He makes her beam with pride and there is no doubt about how much love she holds for her son whatsoever.
