this was on a review of a video game in which the song clipped claimed in question plays from
x to y (time duration)
during a parody segment in which the song XXXXX plays.
During those
(time duration) the song is re-edited and remixed with my own original video constituting as a new piece of work. This is protected under section 107 of U.S. copyright law ( https://youtu.be/xkFEDQaVxrE?t=17m10s )
This ministry of sound is now collecting full royalities from my complete work of
(ENTIRE DURATION)
where as only
