Squeakmonium's sergal/dragon design details

His face is pretty standard in the way of sergal faces, only his floof is a bit thicker than normal.

The top of his snout, over his head, and down his back (Though it goes as far forward as his arms) Is a deep blue, like the kind of deep blue you see in the deep open ocean.

The insides of his ears are a lighter blue, more like when you're in the carribean and you look at the water.

Between his ears are two sky blue horns that are a bit shorter than said ears (Which are rather long, but not so long they're floppy)

His build looks somewhat chubby (Not downright fat, but some chub), but his body is hidden under that coat of warm floof.

From his back, at about his shoulderblades come two wings  that are fluffy on the 'structure' but between the spines on the wing are more of a black leathery feeling material.

Down his back further, and you get a long, dragon like tail (Still covered in that blue floof) that snakes a few meters behind him, ending in a tail tip that has no fluff, showing scales down there (That's for about the last foot)

He has digitigrade legs with feetpaws, each footpaw has four toes that have retractible claws in each.

Now back to his front, going down to his arms (Which are a mix of blue and white swirls, almost like those whispy clouds that make interesting shapes in the sky) to his handpaws, which have similar shapes to human fingers somewhat, but the palms and the fingertips all have the pads like a doggo would (Same with his feet.)

Oh, should have said, his eyes are a little weird. One eye is blue like a sapphire, the other is red like a ruby

On the 'white' side of him? He has just like... swirls of red, not a bright red, and not a dark red, more of just... the red of the embers of a fire
