Amendment to the Constitution of the French Social and Democratic Republic
AS recent debate on details of this constitution have derailed the implementation of legislation passed by the National Assembly and Senate of the French Social and Democratic Republic, the Legislature of the French Social and Democratic Republic proposes the following clarification to the Constitution:

The Assembly has the power to delegate all power beneath the offices appointed by the President referred to in Article 33 of this Constitution.
