After this, the stalker girl (Midou) blackmails him into being in a live-in relationship. He is doing it just to buy time to find the compromising video she has on his former love interests' sister. He finds out she's been torturing every girl he talks to. He confronts her and stabs her hand, but she uses a stun gun and knocks him out. She then ties him up and keeps him captive. As time goes on, she becomes more sadistic to him and starts to torture him. Eventually, his friends find out and bust him out. She is heartbroken, as if she's a school girl who got rejected.

After this, she disappears. The MC reconnects with his former love interest from middle school who is unable to walk due to physical damage from when she was abducted and is terrified to go outside. He helps her recover and she helps him move on, too.

They find out the school nurse was cooperating with Midou since middle school because she was being blackmailed. They decide to use her to lure out Midou and get her once and for all. Meanwhile, Midou has been saving up money and training heavily to be able to overpower the MC and 'propose' to him.  She's become a super athlete in the half-year that's passed since he left her.

She figures it all out by torturing the teacher into confessing to the conspiracy to trap her. She comes up with a counter-plan to hide in his bathroom and attack him, tie him up, and abduct him back to her house in the country.  However, when she pops out, MC was waiting for her and breaks her arm with a baseball bat. They abduct her and take her back to the school where she raped him. She's goading him into killing her. He almost does it, but the wheelchair-bound love interest shows up and stops him. He snaps out of it, and the police come and arrest her.

10 years pass, and MC still bears the scars of when Midou held him captive. He has married the girl from middle school, and she is pregnant with his child.  They get a letter written 10 years ago delivered as part of a service called 'future post' by Midou. She is apologetic, but wants to reiterate that she will, now and forever, always love him.  The letter is haunting, because Midou killed herself in her jail cell after writing 'I love you' all over her jail cell in her own blood by stabbing herself in the neck.  The MC states he can never kill that part of her that is within him, but vows to live on happily regardless. In the end, all the characters meet up to go on a sunny day at the park together, finally at peace.
