- COH-268 Syntactically incorrect changesets don't cause an unfillable gap in committed operations
- As long as the payload of an RDF update parses as RDF, it is stored in TMB and gossipped for application.
- This presents a problem when the payload of a Changeset update is valid RDF, but not valid as a changeset.
- In this case, JenaMutableStore would catch an InitialisationException from the Changeset constructor
- and throw an RdfStoreException. StrictOperationSequencer catches this and treats the operation as a
- system failure, to be retried. This change makes JenaMutableStore throw a ChangesetParseException
- instead, and amends StrictOperationSequencer to catch that and treat the operation as successful
- (but rejected) in the same way as when an InconsistentRemovalSetException is thrown. I had to extend
- the throws clause on MutableRdfStore to add the new exception type, but I haven't updated
- OpenRdfMutableStore as this should be deprecated and removed from majat-rdf soon.
