  17. COH-268 Syntactically incorrect changesets don't cause an unfillable gap in committed operations
  18.
  19. As long as the payload of an RDF update parses as RDF, it is stored in TMB and gossipped for application.
  20. This presents a problem when the payload of a Changeset update is valid RDF, but not valid as a changeset.
  21. In this case, JenaMutableStore would catch an InitialisationException from the Changeset constructor
  22. and throw an RdfStoreException. StrictOperationSequencer catches this and treats the operation as a
  23. system failure, to be retried. This change makes JenaMutableStore throw a ChangesetParseException
  24. instead, and amends StrictOperationSequencer to catch that and treat the operation as successful
  25. (but rejected) in the same way as when an InconsistentRemovalSetException is thrown. I had to extend
  26. the throws clause on MutableRdfStore to add the new exception type, but I haven't updated
  27. OpenRdfMutableStore as this should be deprecated and removed from majat-rdf soon.
