Thanks Mary. I left keys with Brian so it will probably be easier to have him hand those off to Adam. If you send me paperwork today I can likely have it notarized and on its way back to you Monday. Can I scan and email the notarized paperwork or do you need me to mail in an original copy?

I apologize for not getting back to you, I have been traveling most of the day.  As far as move in date unless something changes Adam plans on moving in Wednesday March, 23rd.  I actually have Pete's Parking Sticker, I can give that to you on Tuesday when I get home.

As far as the key situation Peter will reach out to you about that.

At this time I just need to know exactly what date the swap is effective and whether Peter will be giving the keys directly to Adam or mailing them back to the office.
