Based on the information gathered by completing phase 1.1 the problem statement is formulated as:
"Design a device for cleaning the garbages from the lake and the device should be reliable,
affordable and should have good storage facility".

Constraints:
1.The maximum weight of the device should be 2kg.
2.The device should clean the minimum distance of 15 feet.
3.The device must not exceed the cost of  Rs.4000.
4.The should have minimum length of 1 feet.

Revised Problem Defination:-
"Design a device for cleaning the garbage's from the lake,The device should be Reliable,Affordable and
should not exceed 2kgs, cost of the device should not exceed Rs.4000,size of the device should be 1 feet".

Functions:-
1.The device cleans the garbage from the lake.
2.The device rotates in all directions(360 degrees).
3.The device detects the garbage.
4.The device collects the garbage.
5.The device stores the garbage.

Revised Problem Defination:-
"Design a device for cleaning the garbage's from the lake,The device should be Reliable,Affordable and
should not exceed 2kgs, cost of the device should not exceed Rs.4000,size of the device should be 1 feet,the device should
detect,collect,store and clean the garbage from the lake".
