* DMagic Biodrill Scans definitions.

* Scatterer configs now target stock scatterer assets rather than cloning the stock ones and shipping multiple duplicates with WW.

* Three new loading screens
* Fix incorrect reference to Mesbin in Kerbmun-homeworld descriptions.
* Remove Rational Resources support.
* Remove scatterer configuration for Lowel.

* Convert all Scaledspace planet maps to .dds, enabled OnDemand loading for those textures.
