  1. 1. The information below is for those that have been scammed on Indiegogo or other crowdfunding

  5. 5. You can get a refund through a chargeback from your credit card provider. This also applies
  6. 6.
  7. 7. to goods that were ordered and have not
  8. 8.
  9. 9. been delivered to you for any reason.

  13. 13. You have until the 28 Sept 2019 to claim a chargeback, it doesn’t matter how
  14. 14.
  15. 15. long ago your transaction was nor in which country you are this information is
  16. 16.
  17. 17. valid for you to get a refund through a chargeback.
  18. 18.
  19. 19. Reason codes for non-delivery of goods with a delayed delivery date (a delayed
  20. 20.
  21. 21. delivery date is a date given whereby goods will be delivered by a given date, in
  22. 22.
  23. 23. this instance it is the May date given in the Dec 2018 update)
