- +honesttrolling __ How would you falsify the "Flat Earth"? It is my understanding that whatever objection you bring up a flat Earther will have - _or invent_ - an answer (sometimes unsatisfactory - but still an answer).
- For example - let us suppose a particular flight would be *impossible* on the "Flat Earth" model. Such that if it were to exist it would completely *invalidate*, destroy and put a permanent end to the Flat Earth idea.
- Now if that "impossible" flight were to actually exist - *and be shown to exist* in an undeniable way - then it is my understanding that a flat Earther would invent an answer to cater to this new inconvenience - such as, _"Well yeah okay - of course the flight exists - no one can deny that - *but the plane is obviously travelling much faster* than we're being told"._
- And so on it goes.
- So I suppose I'm asking: *How do you go about falsifying a _fantasy?_* What's your approach?
- Because I'm not sure it can be done.
