- Pensive:
- Flux: Single target attack, armor piercing, push 1. 40% chance to go into Ascended mode. +Damage if afflicted.
- Conjunction: Self and ally dodge buff, small flat amount and decent multiplier. 40% chance to go into Ascended mode.
- Enlightenment: Single target stress heal rec buff, apply actor DOT to stress heal on friendly skills.
- Singularity: Low damage destealth. Usable in both modes. In Pensive mode: pull 2. In Ascended mode: stun. 40% chance to switch to the other mode. +Damage if afflicted.

- Ascended:
- 4 stress per turn.
- Void Manifestation: High damage single target nuke. Low chance to stun self. Ignores stealth but doesn't destealth. 40% chance to go into Pensive mode. +Damage if afflicted.
- Call From Beyond: AOE decent damage, corpse clear, guard break, applies Stumble. 40% chance to go into Pensive mode. +Damage if afflicted.
- Lucidity: Transform back to Pensive, self stress heal, applies actor DOT from Enlightenment.

- Chart the Skies: Time cost 3. Self stress heal for 15 and +15% scout chance.
- Astral Projection: Time cost 3. Self: -20% stress received, another -20% if Ascended, +stress heal received if afflicted.
- Arcane Insight: Time cost 2. Self: +5% crit if stress above 25, 50, 75, and if afflicted.
- Esoterica: Time cost 3. Buff ally: +100% resolve XP. Buff party: Ignore stealth.

- Stargazer gets the usual resistance debuffs, but a big damage and dodge buff. Act outs are mostly him acting on his own or attacking teammates (having a chance to shuffle on hit), but also include him buffing himself, buffing an ally or self stress healing.
