  1. around 2022, i found the term “fictozoo". i’m an asexual kink artist who draws feral porn, hoards labels by nature, and identifies as fictosexual, so i immediately latched onto it. i also struggle with moral OCD, and since fictozoo is technically a form of zoophilia, i made a post about it on my socials so people could block me if it made them more comfortable.

  3. instead, i ended up heavily shunned, even among other feral artists. aside from the people closest to me who understood what i was actually trying to say, i was pushed out of the spaces i had been part of. after that, i found community in pro-paraphilia spaces because those were some of the only places where i wasn’t being shunned. i didn’t agree with those communities on everything, but they still let me be around.

  5. by mid-2025, after talking with friends and reflecting on the communities i’d been part of, i decided to leave paraphilia spaces altogether. i haven’t been involved in them in over a year.

  7. i’ve never supported harming children or animals. i do take responsibility for choosing to be around those communities, and i wish i had realized sooner that some of them weren’t places i wanted to be. i still don’t believe having an attraction or fictional interest is the same thing as acting on it, or that simply having one means you’re an abuser.

  9. i don’t know what else people expect from me at this point. i can’t go back in time. i’m still seeing people use this history to justify attacking me, including someone saying i should be fair game to physically attack at a con. at this point, do you actually want accountability, or do you just want an acceptable target?
