  7. which he spends several weeks recuparating. Being extremely resilient, Rick leaves the hospital and heads back
  8. home to the U.S.

  10. X. You can't count on ONLY experiences to change you, sometimes you just have to let time do it. Everyone changes
  11. overtime and life experiences.

  13. XI. You can mature quite fast when you are taking part of a war that is taking an abundent of lifes.

  15. XII. Yes, I believe I have benefited from reading Search and Destroy, it has let me inside of the minds of the
  16. Vietnam troops. Reading this book i've had a vicarious adventure of being a recent high school graduate and
  17. having to mature in a flash of an eye in the treturous land of Vietnam. Also, him being my age influences different
  18. perspectives a young adult might have.

  20. XIII. I would definetly recommend this book to whomever enjoys reading war novels and stories with fast paced
  21. events. It s a very detailed book and opens up some clarification on what occured in the Vietnam war era.
