 ◦ JiJi ]~ JiJi is just a randomly created nickname that she lets her friends use. Originally it was created by her little brother as he was too young to say her full name.
◦ Youngie ]~ This nickname was created by her father, in what seemed as a more sarcastic manner. He said she looked young and beautiful, then implying her name went along with it. This one is used by her family and then only so far.
◦ Chai-Chai ]~ This one was originally made from one of her school friends, for the implication that Young Ji really liked Chai tea. Now, it is more often of a nickname use by her l/i later on, and occasionally her friends.

BACKGROUND :
 ◦ Young Ji's life started out normal, she was born in the town of Gwangju, South Korea, as an only child with her parents, in a small house. But, after her little brother was born, everything became a bit busier. When she was only four, her moved to Seoul, a much busier town, due to her father's job. He was never around anymore, and her mother was always out working as well, which left Young Ji and her little brother, Jiheon, as Young Ji now had to take care of him. Whenever her parents did come home, it was late at night and there was constant fighting and yelling, always keeping Young Ji awake. Going into middle school, Young Ji became associated with bad people, bullies, rude ones. In 7th grade is when Young Ji changed. Her parents had divorced upon her father's decision. Young Ji was forced to stay with her mother, who was the nicer amongst the two, yes, but Young Ji had lost her little brother to her dad. Her dad was the one with most of the family's money, leaving Young Ji to have to work to help pay for the house.

PERSONALITY :
Young Ji is a silent type, she doesn't talk much. Saying so, that is because she feels she never really has a reason to talk, and if she ever does her voice isn't loud. Yet, she's a sweet talker. She knows how to get what she wants and won't hesitate to use it. She's able to get people out of trouble with a few words, odd saying as she doesn't talk much. She talks to her friends happily like any girl would, as they're the only ones she really talks to. She likes to pretend that everything is normal, but deep down inside she knows it's not. If you ever get to her, which may be unlikely, she's very emotional and easily bothered, and even the closest of her friends don't know this. She has trust issues and doesn't let go easily, either. Some could say she's "overprotective", but that isn't often used.

LIKES :
 ◦ sweaters ]~ especially oversized ones. she doesn't know what it is, they just have a sense of comfort to her that she can't quite understand yet herself.
 ◦ chai tea ]~ if you know her, you know she likes tea, most especially chai tea. it's another calming thing to her, and it's not strange to know that she's the type of person to like curling up with a book and tea.
 ◦ her brother ]~ her little brother was the light of her world, and she misses him more than even she knows herself. she would say she'd do anything to have him back, but part of her knows that's not true.
 ◦ rain ]~ thunder and lighting don't scare her, it's the exact opposite actually. she thinks it's calming and it gives her a sense of relief, one she barely gets to have.
 ◦ stargazing ]~ Young Ji always took a love towards the stars, they always fascinated her.

 ◦ her father ]~ she used to like him, have respect for him, anything like that. but once he took her brother, she automatically just grew a hatred for him.
 ◦ horror movies ]~ oh, if rain won't scare her, horror movies most definitely do. her friends often make fun of her for being so scared.
 ◦ bees ]~ this one is more stupid and childish. she was stung by a bee once when she was five and has hated them for no reason ever since.
 ◦ coffee / caffeine ]~ she doesn't like the taste of it. it's awfully bitter to her and she thinks it tastes weird, even if she did try it with milk or creamer or anything of the sort she just couldn't find herself liking it.
 ◦ English ]~ she doesn't like to have to speak this language as it's very hard for her to do, and it pains her to even do it in the first place.

HIS PERSONALITY :
He seems like a typical funny, class clown type of person, someone who's easily approachable. He may act cocky sometimes, but that's just to cover up embarrassment. He's a caring person, he just wants to do his best to help out.

HOW YOU ACT AROUND HIM :
 ◦ beginning ; she just sees him as a cocky boy who wants to keep up his reputation by humor and anything he can get to. desperate? she didn't know, but she definitely didn't trust him.
◦ middle ; she warms up to him, and begins seeing more about him and that he's not a total cocky jerk. she does begin talking to him more, where she'd consider them as friends, but not close enough to give him away any secrets. She secretly thinks that how annoying he was is cute, but that didn't come from me.
◦ end ; this is when she starts becoming more attached and showing more feelings towards him. she pended on telling secrets as he was actually caring towards her, unlike a lot of people. she became giggly and more shy, but that was a little bit of her own way of showing affection.

HOW HE ACTS AROUND YOU :
 ◦ beggining ; he thought of Young Ji as the everyday pretty girl. though there was something about her that intrigued him, he though she was strange. he wanted to impress her in some way. in which many attempts failed.
◦ middle ; this is his phase where he becomes more attached as she starts to open up. he becomes more caring than cocky and realizes that he likes her.
◦ end ; in which the phase where he becomes visibly awkward. amongst her finally opening up, this causes him to become very caring towards her. he's still a jokester, and sometimes purposely becomes cocky to make her mad.

RELATIONSHIP TRIVIA :
 ◦ Young Ji taking them to the school's roof on the weekend so they could stargaze one night.
◦ Young Ji often calls him "Idiot" or "Pabo" when he embarrases her.
◦ Him teaching her English in the school library because she quite honestly sucks as English.
