[00:20] Tits: Look I do cooperate, I do that constantly however I want to walk down the road together and not be dragged along unwillingly in that sense. I ultimately have control over my nation and I due to being under huge scrutiny generally everywhere I go have perfected my case for it and my lawyering for it. Every single element in Akai can be justified and exists in IRL, and everythng about it I do with the ultimate purpose of making it interesting to RP. This being said, saying that I worm around things is utterly false and I do not bring up my canon as a pure reason why to avoid changing something. It is a strawman at best. Firstly what I do is hold my ground until a mutually acceptable compromise is found. If there is not one which is found, I will not stand down nor would I expect my opponent to do the same were I standing in their shoes. Simply kowtowing to the wishes of a regionhead is wholely unproductive. They are the first among equals like a PM amoung his or her cabinet, not a Tsar or autocrat. They set the agenda but lead with collective consent and will try and find an agreement. You have to resolve issues inside your cabinet otherwise it does not work. And if there is a gap too large, then you have to deal with it by either expelling someone from the cbainet. You see I have a core base level concept for Akai which I wish to preserve as otherwise not only does it become something other than which I applied with but also it ceases to be the very nation I am interested in RPing. That is why I am stubborn on certain points. People kowtowing to a leader in a region is fundamentally unhealthy and has more often than not eroded regions, rendering them hollow husks.
[00:25] Tits: With regards to Akai, I do compromise and have done so on many issues before you had arrived. While I do have a distinct preference for things I am willing to compromise, this being something which is mutually acceptable to both parties in a dispute or neogiation. To this end, Akai's military capacity has changed in a vairety of ways. For example, it's nuclear capabilities have been dramatically reduced to match that of India's rather than the PRC or other triad nations and I lost ICBMs as well. I have accepted losing three of my carriers in Ordis due to a lack of an need for them in this situation. I also accepted sanctions which reduced my economic capability dramatically, losing 1.5-2 trillion in terms of my GDP due to them and thusly forcing me to reconsider much of my funding.
