  1. The pod before you hisses, the others remaining mercifully silent. Slowly, the curved plate safeguarding the thing settles into the floor of the containment facility around you, showing naught save a crystalline dodecahedron, warped by alien geometry. Indigo fire races about in the glass tubes pumping into the crystal.
  2.
  3. You are compelled to remove the thing from its prison.
  4.
  5. Steeling your will, you remove it on your own terms. A mechanical monstrosity emerges from a hidden storage level beneath the prison floor, cyan, yellow, and red fluids pumping throughout the blackened metal. Knowing what to do, you slot the dodecahedron into the peak of the mechanism. The construct whirrs to life. Quickly, you affix the inhibitor plug of your design to the mainframe of the creature. Indigo light pulses from the dodecahedron malevolently just as a glowing eye brings itself to prominence, floating before the machine. Several rings detach from the central construct, levitating about the metal monstrosity as it brought itself into the air. You stare into the burning eye, a pale facsimile of the great silver eye of knowledge.
  6.
  7. The creature, who you now know to truly be Tilde, imparts its voice into your mind, not bothering to speak.
  8.
  9. “You have freed me from that horrid prison. This was your folly. I shall dominate you now.”
  10.
  11. The central device containing the dodecahedron bisects itself, the halves of the crystal sliding to opposite ends of the thing. Facsimiles upon burning facsimiles of the silver eye periodically sear themselves into the air around you, all staring. Each glows with kaleidoscopic light at once, an unbearable heat pouring onto your form. The eyes all suddenly fade, save for one. The halves of the dodecahedron flicker with indigo light, and the twisted voice of Tilde echoes around the chamber, distorted. The inhibitor plug flashes with light.
  12.
  13. “YOU ARE MY SALVATION. I PRAISE THEE. I SHALL DO AS YE PLEASE.”
  14.
  15. You grin, giving Tilde a simple command. It seems to fade entirely, physical form burying itself in the background abyss of all existence, beyond even your reach.
  16.
  17. But not your command.

  22.
  23. PASSIVES:
  24.
  25. Approximation: Tilde lives to prod and poke at the background void of existence that permeates all, accessible by mortals only with abyssal terminals. As such, one might find it remarkably difficult to even strike Tilde with any form of physical attack, let alone a killing blow. Even with supreme concentration upon the form of Tilde chuckling in the background, there is a one in four chance you shall miss Tilde entirely, and instead strike some other opposing entity by accident.
  26.
  27. Polar Sigil: The polar sigil sealed in indigo flame and an inhibitor plug used to bind Tilde has a number of wonderful side effects. The most prominent of which is that Tilde cannot harm allies unless specifically ordered to do so by its creator. If Tilde goes off of command with the inhibitor installed, and attacks allies without explicit permission, the attacks merely heal them.
  28.
  29. Absque: Tilde’s physical interface is powered entirely by raging cores of pure energy beyond comprehension itself, the esoteric might of the GODHEAD. Distilled into three separate substances, Tilde lives off of cyanic etherium, roiling crimson aphrodis, and the divine, yet ungodly, golden fluid that has no name. Tilde starts off with eighty percent cyanic etherium flowing through its mechanical veins, and twenty percent aphrodis. However, as Tilde attacks entities successfully, the aphrodis concentration will go up, and the etherium down, at a rate of ten percent per successful attack as a base, with a cap at sixty percent aphrodis. The higher the concentration of aphrodis, the more horrific and painful Tilde’s attacks will be. Cyanic etherium builds up at the exact same rate, save for when Tilde is damaged itself, rather than damaging. High concentrations of etherium make Tilde by far more resilient, and resistant to the assaults of its - and your - adversaries. In the event that one of the two substances is at precisely fifty percent for over a turn, the entirety of that concentration is broken up into the yellow substance. This yellow substance will dissolve into the dominant fluid within Tilde if any levels of the stuff are altered whatsoever. The yellow substance can be built up by instead attacking allies, which will inflict them with healing energies, and can be released at one hundred percent to automatically activate Equivalency without the required charge. Once this is done and complete, the yellow substance will evaporate, pouring out of Tilde. This reduces both other substances to ten percent each.

  31. SPECIAL ATTACKS:
  32.
  33. Delirium: Tilde claws at a selected entity from within with its own mind. Dragged kicking and screaming into a desolate abyss, Tilde greets their soul, piercing it with the hundred thousand pure black shards of desolation that comprised all Tilde had locked away in eternal lotus delirium. Tilde then proceeds to pull the soul of the entity to skim the edges of Tilde’s own consciousness. When the entity returns to reality, it is heavily damaged in its very being, and possessed of a singular and undaunted fear of isolation and desolation.
  34.
  35. The Elision: Tilde stretches its revitalizing will across reality at a singular target. Oily black liquid oblivion seeps into the target, transmogrifying and transmuting its essence and form. The entity in question is promptly omitted from existence for a single turn, and replaced with a rusted floating tilde symbol that still accepts commands from its creator. Disables any charged attacks the entity might have executed that turn, leaving the commander of the entity only to command it to do a simple attack or defend command, and to little avail, as the tildes are but unhoused and failed clones.
  36.
  37. Equivalency: Can only be used on an entity with 25% health or lower. Innumerable horrific burning silver eyes tear their way into existence around a target, the only semblance of Tilde’s true physical form that can be purported to be seen at all. Each two-dimensional eye cracks simultaneously around the entity. The shattered sight bores itself into the very mind of the selected entity, reaching the center of its mindscape. Almost immediately following, the mind of the entity terminates itself of its own accord in an attempt to deal with the foreign invader, entirely unsuccessfully. This instantly kills the selected entity in question. The mind-corpse of the slain being takes full prominence as the physical corpse and soul disintegrate. Tilde fuses the shards of the mind-corpse to three other entities who share an alignment with the slain one, increasing their individual healths by a third of whatever was left of the slain entity’s HP each, even over their health maximum, if necessary. Using this attack transforms Tilde into Broken Tilde.
