- Although I have a few ideas of my own, I in no way have made any final decisions, I will be talking closely with a lot of people over course of my Gang Administration and days before the Gang Points reset to try to work out which direction myself, the staff team and Era as a whole want to take Gangs. If you have any ideas, feel free to post them below and with your name. I appreciate the opportunity and I don't plan on taking the position as lightly as we have seen in the past.

- I definitely want to start hosting Gang Events again, whether it be once awake or 10 times a week, I feel like bringing them back will show the players that we are focusing on Gangs again and have plans in development to release.

- Gang Plan 1)
- What I have personally noticed over the last number of years is that all Gang development and upgrades/incentives have all revolved around individual need and not Gangs as a whole.
- My focus as Gang Admin is to make Gangs as a whole have incentives to achieve and my latest idea has been one that has stuck to my mind.
- We have Gang Guns that are purchasable for individual points, we have MVP and EC weapons which are purchasable for individual coins but why do we not have a system where Gangs as a whole can compete to gradually over time create a Gang Gun that they can at a later date purchase as an untrade-able item.
- Introduction: The Gangs that finish first at the end of the week will get to choose out of 4 categories, giving brief detail of what they would like (Rifle, Sub-Machine, Pistol and Shotgun) I or a graphics artist will make the Gang Gun imagine, incorporating their theme if any into it, we will then set it out with generic mid-tier 2 stats and it will be use-able via the weapon lockers we once used.
- Gang Events will be hosted once to five times a week, depending on the responsibilities not only myself but others that are capable of hosting them are that week.
- Gang Events will conclude of 3 to 5 events, each event won within those 5 will add 100 points to the Gang that wins total points per week.
- The plan is quite simple; your objective as a Gang is to obtain the most points per week to be able to upgrade your Gangs "Gang Gun"
- Each week that a Gang wins they will be given the ability to upgrade 2 aspects of the weapon by a reasonable portion of .05 or so on the freeze etc, Upgrades will cost a certain amount of points which will be deducted from their total.
- The end game is thus; Gangs will (hopefully) compete to obtain the most points to upgrade their weapon each week, up until the Gang Gun reaches a low "God Tier" (Sable, Tempest, Photon Rifle) being the ideal comparisons.
- Once a Gang has reached the level of upgrading their weapon to a low "God Tier" item, they will be able to purchase the weapon as an individual untrade-able item that will go to each member of the Gang.

- Gang Plan 2) (Suggested by Carlito)
- Basically the same idea as above, but swapping the incentive from being Guns to a custom Gang Base, which they will slowly be able to upgrade with higher defense doors and turrets etc.
- What I love about this idea is that we can stem from it very nicely, incorporating territories, taxes from businesses within the territories, it sounds like a beautiful core ground to work from.
