12RIVEN -the Ψcliminal of integral- CGs Fix

This patch fixes 12Riven's issue of randomly loading thumbnails of save files in the place of in-game CGs instead of properly loading in-game CG images. This issue doesn't exist in PlayStation 2 or PlayStation Portable versions and it is exclusive to Windows PC ones.
