  13. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  14.
  15. -Training Rules
  16.
  17. All low ranking members must always call the host of the training by “Sir” if male or “Ma’am” if female unless they say otherwise, it's disrespectful to the host if they are being called by their username.
  18. When a training is called (shouted) you shouldn't expect PTS (permission-to-speak) to be automatically on from the get-go. However, this does not mean that the chat should be filled up with nonsense, if a trainer states that PTS is on, that does not mean you can keep talking.
  19. During training there’s always that one person that knows the trainer on a friendly note, while it is good that higher ranks and lower ranks form a tangible bond, friendly relations should be kept out of training, you are there to learn from your host, this means no going up to them and jumping on their head or standing next to them, be mature.
  20. Disrespect towards comrades is absolutely not allowed, at all. This is doubly true for allied trainings. No arguments, no abbreviating verbal abuse not allowed by roblox, and no killing each other without permission.
  21. Do not ask for promotions, and definitely do not lie about not receiving one from previous training(s) because we do check and double check that to make sure. F.E.A.R High Rank’s give promotions based on quality, not quantity, you can go to hundreds of training’s and not a single one is a guaranteed promotion, however if you participate, if you act mature and well disciplined, and you don’t fool around like crazy then yes, you have a very good chance at a promotion.
  22.
  23. -Raiding rules
  24.
  25. While it should already be obvious, you are not to raid against F.E.A.R with another group at all, the only exception to this is if the group in question is an ally of F.E.A.R and the raid is a practice raid. No solo raiding F.E.A.R with the purpose of betrayal either, if any of these acts are committed you will be held responsible for treason against F.E.A.R, which is punishable by exile and, depending on the gravity of the situation, blacklist.
  26. No flaming the enemy during raids, too many a times do raids become flame wars because people are too childish to act civilized, F.E.A.R is to show the clan world that we are not childish, do not flame or you will be kicked from our fort, and if we are the ones raiding, then you will be demoted if continued after an Officer’s warning.
  27. You are to always follow the orders given to you, if you are told to guard the gate then you are to guard the gate until you are told otherwise, if you die then you are to fight your way back to that position. Every order is given for a reason, if you wish your position changed during a raid then ask an HR and they will change it. Not following this rule could resort in severe consequences.
  28. No desertion of battle. If you leave the raid without permission, you are being demoted. If you truly have to leave then do so quietly but send a quick ROBLOX Private Message to the Host of the raid/defense as to why you had to leave. And if it’s not a valid reason you will face severe consequences. Almost Every Raid or defense ever lost is because people get lazy or don’t like their K/D/R so they leave.
  29.
  30. General group-wide rules:
  31.
  32. The wall. Arguments on the wall are strictly prohibited, unless it’s a playful argument then it is not allowed, arguments divide members which causes F.E.A.R to be divided, any arguing will result in Officer interference, the first offense is a warning, the second is a demotion. Take arguments to private message.
  33. No Spamming on the wall, spamming equals constantly posting irrelevant things on the group wall.
  34. No advertising, you want people from F.E.A.R to visit your place? PM them, do not post it on the wall as it will be removed right away and if you continue to do so you will be demoted.
  35. If you have important information on something that you only wish the High Ranks or HiCOM to know then, obviously, don’t post it on the group wall. Send one of the HR’s a quick PM with the contents and they will guide you from there.
  36.
  37. Skype-Chatroom Rules:
  38.
  39. Official F.E.A.R Skype Chat Rooms must be owned by the F.E.A.R HiCOM and no one else, this is to have some sort of order within them.
  40. ***You are not to add anyone into the chat room unless you ask a High Rank for permission, we’ve had to go through tons of chat rooms because of this. If you break this rule you are eligible to be kicked from the Skype Chat rooms forever. And you will be automatically demoted one rank down.***
  41. In Skype Chat rooms you have some sort of freedom of speech, the only exceptions to this are you cannot badmouth F.E.A.R, and you cannot post private personal information about someone else unless it is a threat towards the F.E.A.R Community.
  42. These rules also apply to the discord.
  43.
  44. High Rank Rules (Colonel +):
  45.
  46. Admin abuse is punishable by demotion, there is no circumstance at all for a Higher Rank to abuse his or her admin privileges. Simply put, the best way to avoid this is to avoid excessively using admin. If it’s not necessary then don’t use it.
  47. Co-hosting. High ranks are allowed to select any person who is a Major or above, to co-host a training with them. Co-hosts are expected to help the trainer with certain things like organization, team-chat-monitoring, and setting up events. Co-hosting earns you experience for when you become Military Officer or a High Rank, so capitalize on that. (Note that co-hosts are only allowed temporary admin, or moderator. They are not to be allowed kicking privileges or any of the sort.)
  48. High Ranks must use the activity spreadsheet to plan their trainings or other events before they host it. This gives ample warning to people so that they know when the next event is being held. This also shows who is being active, and who is on the verge of demotion.
  49. High Ranks must be mature at all times while on duty (See section #6 for on-duty off-duty analysis) if a High Rank is acting Childish that will prompt the Lower Ranks to follow suit. An example would be jumping around screaming “LOL” for no reason at all. This is punishable by temporary demotion.
  50. Orders. As a High Rank you have the ability to give out orders to LR’s/MR’s however you also have (to an extent) the ability to hand out orders other HR’s that are of a lower rank than you are. Though you cannot just order someone to host a training at a certain time and then punish them if they don’t, you can do minor things like order them in raids. For example, if a General orders a Colonel to take half the force and flank right while he takes the other half and flanks left, then that is a valid order and the Colonel must carry it out. (This will be further explained in Section #7)
  51. ****Activity as a High Rank is the most crucial part of the job. Everyone knows what happens to lazy, in-active high ranks. They do not stay high ranks for long. Every Two weeks High Ranks host a meeting to determine F.E.A.R’s current status and future endeavours. During this meeting in-active High Ranks will be put into probation for the following two weeks, if in-activity continues to persist from said high rank, then they will be permanently demoted and must re-earn their position.****
  52. Any dysfunctionality between two or more High Ranks must be handled immediately either through Private Chat or a meeting. If High Ranks cannot work together then the group is doomed, any signs of Hate or dysfunctionality between High Ranks will be handled immediately.
  53. If a High Rank calls for a training and *four or more people show up* then the trainer cannot cancel the training for the reasons that “no one came” because obviously people did come. Do not always expect a full server. Not following this rule will have you called upon to answer to the HiCOM.
  54. If you leave your own training or cancel it for another group training, you will be handed out a HiCOM warning detailing you about the consequences for doing so. You will only get one, if you continue to do this after the warning then you will face probation
  55.
  56.
  57. On-duty, off-duty status:
  58.
  59. You are on-duty whenever you are at a F.E.A.R-related event, whenever in a server with a F.E.A.R uniform on, and whenever discussing important F.E.A.R topics. If you are at any F.E.A.R facilities, old or new, you are on-duty. The only exceptions to these things is if a High Rank states the current status to be “Off-duty” then the responsibility falls on their shoulder.
  60. You are off-duty whenever you are not doing anything related to F.E.A.R. For example, if you are in your ODing outfit(s) off somewhere in a server playing some type of tycoon then you are classified as off-duty, and F.E.A.R takes no responsibility for your actions.
  61.
  62. High Rank Orders:
  63.
  64. As a High Rank you can give orders to other High Ranks who are beneath you in rank. However there are exceptions to this. Below are some examples of when you can give other High Ranks orders.
  65. If a General is in a Training being held by a Brig. Col and the General feels that the brig. Col is being unruly, then through *whisper or team-chat or some other form of silent-communication* that General is allowed to keep the Brig.Col in check by calling him out on it and making sure he’s doing his job right.
  66. There are ways to keep powers in check, for example if a Colonel feels that a General is being too abusive with this, the Colonel can either bring it up in the next High Rank meeting and involve all of the High Ranks in the discussion, or bring it up to a Higher Rank than the said General. Thanks to diplomacy if the said aggressor is the leader of the group or second-in-command then the victim can bring it up to the High Rank meeting and there it can be resolved. This way there is no need for disorder.
  67. During Raids a High Rank can order another High Rank with a lower rank than his own to take certain battalions and do certain things like charge/defend/flank etc etc.
