Ok I had the same problem when I just deleted dark mod now follow step by step in gonna make a YouTube video ok so step 1 go to files so the file on your computer go to the left hand corner and hit OS (C) then hit users hit your name and hit app data (if you don't see App data its fine go to the top and tap on the end of your name and your name and users then type /appdata then hit roaming then go to creative assembly and then go to empire or shogun or what ever empire game and then hit preference_script delete it and it should work ok
