(Minimum of 300 words): My reasons in joining the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office are divided into major and minor reasons. The first one, which is the major reason, is to get a permanent job that I will be paid with fixed salary. I am currently doing a freelance job which does not give conditions I stated before. With the experiences I earned and my willingness to learn, I know that I will be able to keep up with others who have more experiences and knowledge regarding the law and its implementation and as the law enforcement. Besides, from what I have researched through the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office website and deputies, as the law enforcement is not only about how to prevent and/or stop crimes in the field, but also doing paper works at the office.

There are two minor reasons for me in joining San Andreas County Sheriff's Office. The first one is because, in my point of view, the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office giving a promising career to pursue. There are a lot of aspects that can be achieved depending on individual's interests such as, based on my knowledge as I read the website, divisions and its ranks in the division. As I stated as my second reason, a promising career to pursue, these positions are prestigious depending on what divisions. By having a career in the department, it supports to the major reason. The second one is because I want to develop myself to be a better and a useful person to the society and myself. I believe that this can be done by joining the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office. Because by its job description, the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office as the instrument of a government to protect and to serve the citizens from any crimes, keep the citizens to feel safe, and prevent the crimes to occur.

[b]4.2[/b] - How would you describe yourself as a person?: I am an ordinary person who is friendly and hardworking and loves to discover new things. Moreover, I love to listen to others. Friendly means I can easily socialize with other persons. Hardworking means that I will finish what I have started. Discover new things means that I am an open-minded person. The meaning of love to listen to others is that I am open to critics and love to discuss anything with others. The last one is I use my brain before muscle. Meaning that I will think about any actions with its risks and advantages and finally count which one is the best action to be taken.

[b]4.3[/b] - What skills can you bring to the San Andreas County Sheriff Office?: As I stated in Section 4 - Screening Questions number 4.2, I do have a good decision making skills and social skills. Moreover, as stated above, I am a hardworking person. That is all I can bring to the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office if I get accepted. But, I do believe that San Andreas County Sheriff's Office will give me more skills that can be implemented for myself, the society, and the San Andreas County Sheriff's Office itself.

[b]4.4[/b] - What do you believe your duties will be as a Deputy Sheriff?: As stated in Section 4 - Screening Questions number 4.1, the last sentence of paragraph two, I do believe that my duties as Deputy Sheriff will be protecting and serving the citizens from any crimes that regulated in the Penal Code, keeping them to feel safe, and preventing the crimes to occur. In addition, as I stated in Section 4 - Screening Questions number 4.1, the last sentence of paragraph one, the scope of its practice is divided into office and field duties.
