Conclusion: Under equally optimal circumstances, a HUcast deals almost exactly the same amount of damage wielding a level 3 celeb Morgenlote as he does wielding a Clair Doubles. On the other hand, a HUnewm wielding a level 3 celeb Gigas Romulus is definitively stronger than with a Clair Doubles, though the two weapons are still within 10 damage of each other. A HUnewm can outpower a HUcast given the proper parameters on each characters' weapons.
