Pokémon Gold/Silver - Nintendo Power%

The Nintendo Power edition for Gold/Silver (https://www.docdroid.net/h274/nintendo-power-2000-pokemon-gold-silver.pdf) was the only edition for the GB/C games to come with a convenient gameplay checklist (pages 16-19), so you can quickly check to ensure you complete the video game in a wholesome manner endorsed by the developers ("if you accomplish everything on the list, you've done a good job of covering the essential game play elements").

The rules for Nintendo Power% follow those for Any% Glitchless, with the additional restriction that you must complete the following 82 checklist items (they need not be completed in order, as they are only a "loose guide to major events in the game"; also, enforcing a strict order might give the false impression that this is not a serious speedrunning category for serious speedrunners).
