- Download https://www.audacityteam.org/
- (Recommended) Video -> OGG
- Use VLC to convert your video to MP3 -> Then use Audacity to convert it into an OGG file.
- Audio -> OGG
- Make sure your audio levels are like picrel or it will not be audible.
