FAST WAY TO GET YOUR IQ SCORE (PLEASE READ THE CARDIO BIT BENEATH THIS *NO EXERCISE DECREASES IQ BY 40 POINTS) (EAR IQ TEST):
Divide 250 by 4.15625 to get 60.1503759398 (based off of Nathan Leopold's IQ score, which is 250 even though it's listed as 210. This is because he was probably missing 40 IQ points at time of IQ testing due to being insane and sedentary. It is a 40 IQ point range from hard cardio daily to totally sedentary.)
Multiply 60.1503759398 by the side of your head in ears
The number that comes out is your IQ (You may have plagiocephaly/brachycephaly and not be aware, so scroll down if this is so)
(It would be wise to measure you ears too. The average ear width can be found here. It's around 35.4 mm for American males. I have an ear width of 35.32 mm) (You can check a person's ear size by measuring their ear with the side of their eye. A value of 3.5 being average for males. Women have larger eyes than men as well, about half of an eye bigger, so remember to keep that in mind when measuring.)

There is a response to all of this, claiming that head-size does not totally correlate with IQ, but that is a lie. Ants are dumber than humans and have smaller heads. It has been an increasing brain and head from the start. Within a single species, the size of the head is the IQ. What they are doing is handing out mathematical IQ scores and then claiming the entire brain runs at that standard, which is not true. So they erase 50% of their test scores and apply it to big skulls and then claim "There's only a .5 correlation between IQ and intelligence" when it's a value of 1, meaning that the size/width of your head is your IQ. Women can not dependably score at their max capacity on IQ tests built by men either because of the serious brain differences between men and women. A 340 IQ female may only score 210 IQ on a conventional IQ test due to that difference.

For men and women, the process to measure IQ using an Ear is the same. There is little to no difference in measuring as the ears are almost the same size. *Any discrepancy between the Ear IQ test and the Level IQ test can be explained by a sedentary lifestyle as well. Up to 40 IQ points. I think the Ear method is more accurate than Cranial Capacity for IQ as well as the width of the human skull changes along with the height with increasing prenatal estrogen (the brain and bone is built out of nutrients from the mother prenatally), but not the length. (more prenatal testosterone = narrower skull, shorter forehead, while more prenatal estrogen = wider skull, higher forehead)

  (Really, I am only 3.72x smarter than the average adult man, for a 372 IQ, as I have a head value of 6.72 while the average male has a head value of 1.80 in ears, but because the average very healthy man would score 123 on IQ tests set to 100 IQ, and Nathan Leopold is 2x smarter than the average man when fully exercised and at 4.15 head value in ears, I would be at 413 IQ as I am about 62% smarter than him. The smartest possible man on the face of the earth likely has an IQ of 432, or about 19 IQ points ahead of my 413 IQ. That's because the name Edward is the smartest possible name and at a 330 IQ standard. It is the last functional name in the human species, so that's all there is likely forever. Anytime something like a 347 or 365 marries a female, it is generally a return to 330 IQ due to lack of people. I do not think it smart to drop my IQ score when other men will claim higher, and because the average IQ is so high there is greater variance between people as well. I also think it is not smart to erase the 40 point IQ drop from lack of exercise by setting everyone at a 100 IQ standard, which conceals reality. I built this IQ test because all of the other IQ tests were demanding "Hold this number in your brain" type thinking. Simply measuring how well you can imagine/do mathematics, which is NOT intelligence. It is a measure of White-matter in the male brain. So someone with 140 working memory and 200 IQ would score 140 IQ on a WAIS IV or a Woodcock Johnson IQ test. This test should give any man their true IQ score. NO the score is NOT inflated. All other IQ tests simply deflate your real IQ score. If you want to score well on this one, you should go for a run. That will automatically increase your IQ 40 points. It increases the amount of blood and oxygen in your brain, so your brain works at a higher level. Weightlifting does not affect the human brain like Cardio does as Cardio directly impacts the amount of blood and oxygen in the human brain by pumping the heart and forcing the lungs to take more oxygen (both of which run into the brain itself). I am certain a shut-down of intelligence from being sedentary was selected for in the event of sickness or injury from bacteria all the way to man. If you want an even higher score, run for about 14 days everyday for at least an hour, take Omega 3 and Vitamin D3 and drink half a gallon of water before you take this test and everyday during the 14 day run, eat all of your food within a 4-6 hour time period, and be sure to run in the morning and mid-day so your brain is clearer as the day comes to an end, take the test in the evening after doing all of this. It should give you a further 2 or 3 IQ points for about 20-40, up to 60 IQ points in total. I built this IQ test because you can't even go out in the street and take a WAIS IV or a Stanford-Binet and get your true IQ. It is all cut-short.

P.S.
Increasing your IQ 20-40 points will make it harder for you to go to work, do push-ups, socialize, and move around in general. Your brain will become more sentient. Be prepared for this.

Likely an IQ ceiling of 395 IQ on this IQ  test. My adult IQ is likely 410.5 as I am 24 years old at time of test creation. I had a 262 IQ person take this and miss 9 questions, and a 344 IQ missed 3 as well. I have been forced to resort to pupil dilation IQ tests to help understand my own IQ score.

I would say I am 410.5 IQ. 3x smarter than the average adult male. There is no easy way to tell the ceiling of this test. I just know it's working up to 3 questions. Somebody almost cleared it, missed 4, but they got one question totally wrong.

*IS A 410.5 IQ POSSIBLE?
The Answer is Yes. Before a person is born, there are roughly 100 million to 1 billion or more potential embryos (people) involved. This is primarily because there are 100 million babies in 1 milliliter of male potion. So it is a random individual out of a population of 100-300 million, but as high as 1 billion. I am convinced I am an 102 IQ point roll-up on my mother and father because of that extreme number of embryos. So it is all easily possible. For a visual representation of human variance, see this

It has been written that it is a result of hypotrophy of the pituitary gland, but I do not believe this to be true as both men were ordinary size babies, and Robert Wadlow has a very normal human growth pattern. Angus MacAskill's Dad was only 5'9 as well. I don't think, without a tumor, that it just happens. And the Standard Deviation for adult male height is 11 cm. And figuring on MacAskill's mother being a bit taller than the father, that would put the adult male height at 185 cm. So if MacAskill is 236 cm, that would mean he is 4.636 SD away from his mother and father in height. If that were put into human IQ, the number that would come out is 69.5 IQ points, which is a similar value I am removed from my parents (102 IQ points). I think that this great variability explains much of evolution itself. When you have this much variance in a species itself, even a little bit of selective pressure makes a huge difference. When people marry someone with their IQ score, that is the new IQ standard. So if a 200 IQ male and female marry and have a child, that child may be 110 IQ or as high as 290 IQ. Like they are a new species every-time. And it can run up 100 IQ points at max, but potentially even more because it is a random embryo that is created every time for the sperm and egg. Possibly as high as 150-200 IQ points at the highest extreme. That is why I have a 3.72x on the average adult male IQ as this is happening on an industrial scale everyday.

I have Brachycephaly, a condition where the back of the skull is crushed, because I was placed in the NICU due to being 4 lbs and 6 ounces in Phoenix, Arizona at Maricopa County Hospital in 1997.

PUPIL IQ TEST:
You can use pupil dilation and facial feminization to do this. The more effeminate the face (higher forehead/eyebrows), the larger the pupil dilation. If you were to convert facial feminization to a number, the man on the left in this photograph would be 135 IQ, the man on the right would be 150 IQ. That is how much intelligence is sub-merged into mathematical thinking. So in order for the man on the right to have the same IQ as the man on the left, he would need to be roughly .5 in pupil dilation (you would get a value of 1, or about 30 IQ points, in a man that goes from doing nothing to hard cardio exercising).

The average Korean man would have a value of 156 IQ math IQ for eyebrows, the average European man would have a value of 130 math IQ for eyebrows (because it is no longer prenatal estrogen in Asian societies, but brain/bone structure itself)

EAR IQ TEST:
I measured Nathan Leopold's head (250 IQ) in ears, and I got a value of 4.15625 out of it. Then I measured my head in Ears, and I got a value of 6.86 out of it when adjusted for brachycephaly. This means I am about 410 IQ because I am roughly 64% percent ahead of him in brain. I think measuring your head in ears is the most accurate IQ test possible.

And then you can add or subtract your way to your IQ score from that if you have brachycephaly/plagiocephaly if you can get the front measurement secured. .625 in back of the ears = .50005 in the front of the ears. Of course, these measurements do not include the ear itself. Just the measurement forward or backward in ears. I have tested multiple people, and any variance in the front from the ear forward automatically means variance in the back from the ear forward because the entire head is bigger. Only the ear is a similar size. On me, the back number is filled in from the front number because of the Brachycephaly.

WORD/NAME IQ TEST (EAR IQ TEST SUBSET, FOR ELDERLY AND BRAIN DAMAGED):
This is another IQ test that depends on the Ear IQ test itself. If you can not depend on your own Ear and skull due to brain-damage/old age and or drug usage to receive an accurate picture of your own IQ, then likely the best thing to do is either go for a run or be totally sedentary and then make-up a word or a pick human name (human names cap-out at 330 IQ due to white-matter limitations, so be aware). Take that made-up word/name and find a person that uses it for a title/name or types it out into any form of work (like a youtube video or a story), and then measure their skull in ears. If you can not find an image of them with their head to the side (which is not likely), then simply emulate the image in a mirror and take a photograph and measure the ears to the side of your eyeball, and then compare with that person. For example, let's say it is 2 ears to the side of my eye when my head is on a 3/4 angle and I have a 413 IQ. If someone has 1.5 ears to the side of their eye when their head is on a 3/4 angle, then they would have a 306 IQ in comparison. You simply divide 413 by 2 and then multiply it by 1.5 to convert it into their IQ score. This is time and likely exercise sensitive as well, so be aware as to how old the person is (older/younger liable to be missing IQ due to dying/developing brains.) and if they have exercised or not. If you are not careful, you may be missing up to 25 IQ points doing this as you may have chosen a word/name not representative of your IQ, but it is better than nothing. For example, I may type Wohrk into google and only find a 382 IQ man even though my IQ is 413. This is because there are only so many words for so many IQ scores.

You can also run the ear IQ test forwards or backwards, or use the entire head and measure it in ears. A value of 3.25 from the ear to the eyebrow is an IQ of 403. A value of 2.25 is a value of 250 IQ. A value of 6.8 for the entire side of the head = 410 IQ. A value of 4.125 = 250 IQ. I just divide the IQ by the measurement so 250/4.15625 and then multiply it by my own measurement to convert it into my IQ score, so it would be 250/4.15625 = 60.1503759398, and then 60.1503759398 x 6.86 (my head in ears) to get an IQ of 410. There are likely such measurements on pigs, cats, chimpanzees, etc that yield an IQ score as well. So it should be possible to give IQ tests to pigs and cats, etc. The human ear is roughly the same size on all people on earth, and because the brain is right under the skull any variation in skull size = variation in brain size. variations in skull-size can easily be seen on the surface of the head when measured relative to the length of the human ear from person to person.

You can pretty much measure someone's head in ears, forward or backward, not even a full measurement, and you'll know their IQ. I prefer forward because there's no issue with hair or brachycephaly/plagiocephaly, and it's dead-on accurate.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE IQ?
Considering that there's a potential 40 IQ point drop from being totally sedentary to being extremely healthy, and that 50% of IQ test takers do not exercise at all, and another 50% are doing incorrect exercises, (but about 10% being totally sedentary and 10% running daily), I would say the average IQ in a 100 IQ country for men is 123. It would be -20 for no exercise, and +20 for hard vascular exercise, and a further 6 IQ points because men are roughly 6 or 7 IQ points ahead of women automatically just because they are male. But only +3 IQ points because most IQ tests set IQ 100 with male and female participants. I think the WAIS and the RAPM IQ tests respectively have measured at least a portion of reality.

I have Ashkenazi Jewish ancestors, so I'm thinking whatever my DNA is it got locked in to a 110-115 average IQ at some point because of assortative mating based off of intelligence. My Nicaraguan family is mixed with British DNA as well, and the males have names like Henry and Jeff.
