 On the 24/08/19 Units Sam-20, Lincoln-34 and George-94 were on patrol and were on heightened alert due to the bulletin posted by the Department of Homeland security. A call about a shots fired and a fire at the Angel Pine Police Station came in. Sergeant John Chandler and Officer Alyssa Carter aswell as Officer Teller responded to the scene and the building was indeed on fire. The Fire Department was called in and they began to work. Later on a transmission came in about a robbery at the bank to-which all available units at the time responded that being unit G-94, Detective Sergeant Murphy and Detective Newman. Units S-20 and L-34 arrived on scene shortly along with Special Agent H. MacTulloch, FTF. Upon arrival, it was confirmed that it was a hostage situation which then escalated to a bomb situation. SA MacTulloch took scene command and got the suspects vehicles towed, briefly immobilizing them so that a tracker could be placed on the vehicle before it's return. The vehicle was then returned and the suspects were allowed to get in it and leave the bank, PD officers then cleared the bank securing the hostages left in side. The suspects made off with one hostage. Another bomb came up in angel pine and SA MacTulloch left scene command to Sergeant Chandler. The tracking begun and the vehicle came to halt beneath the Montgomery Over pass. The suspects were outside of the vehicles and began engaging Officer Teller, Sergeant Chandler and Officer Carter with grenades and automatic gun fire. One suspect later found to be Jax Beaumont Be was fatally shot by Officer Carter and the Suspect Edvar Audkelsson was severely injured and still remains in critical condition. Unfortunately there was loss of life in the situation, one of the suspects shot the hostage before setting up to engage PD. Both bombs, bodies and evidence were secured and transported.
