  1. Night: Otis took care to rest up in the common room beforehand so that he would be alert to anticipate his would be killer. Lexi tipped him off of such happening well before Carl. Otis uses all the knowledge of his background available to discover any secret passage in his room. Seriously doubt he will find anything, as does Otis, but I have to put that down to be sure. He's well rested and persistent, ready to give the drop on anyone entering to murder him. I would hope the other players aren't dumb enough to try to enter his room and kill him but if they want to jump into the lion's den with their ass prominently presented then so be it.
  2.
  3. Art Gallery: No doubt this is where Otis' journey was meant to start. He arrives after using his fast travel card. A gallery can hold treasure only known to the well cultured, luckily Otis trumps all in that regard, even Mr. Tresler himself. I am sure there is a great deal of sights to partake in here, however Otis must retrieve that laser pointer under the seat of the desk in the left lower corner. He does so. Are there any enemies?(partial).
  4. Take in the room, maybe someone else had arranged for a shop item to be dropped here, better steal it.
  5. Study the desk. While alert to the surroundings of course. Any cards? Don't waste too much time, this is no desk job, finish up and snatch a gift for Oliva(document much like Lexi did so for Otis last round, other friends or enemies may receive this gift in her absence but only through partial)
  6. So long that it is not at mister Hale's expense, I would be most interested in enjoying the art on display. Otis I'm afraid will have to be rather pragmatic than to stop and appreciate the finer things. That said a man as worldly as Otis would spot the classics blindfolded, and then some.
  7. How does collecting a plate work? What if they break? Perhaps Otis can destroy them at will to determine the outcome of our winners to this job? Smashing many and only leaving so many few so he can control who places where is ideal. They can also be tossed at peoples faces possibly.
  8. Emmanuel will be arriving rather soon if he keeps to his word. (see character thoughts)
  9.
  10.
  11. Infirmary: Secret passage? Very unexpected given the room's location, most seem to think the secret passage is in the store room, but Otis believes it could possibly be in the infirmary. Otis also mentioned this would be the ideal place to inflict friendly harm on one another to complete public enemy. Not sure how they are gonna decide who injures who. Otis would rather do the injuring and then performing first aid on the wounded if the group wants to try to get that tranq gun.
  12.
  13.
  14. Storeroom: Fucking least of Otis' worries, but most believe this is where the secret passage is. It would be pretty terrible if his friends went through it and came into harms way were they not careful around personnel. I hope Otis would be able to save them, but this seems an unlikely scenario. He actually doesn't have much reason to come here beyond hunting someone down to kill or injure or search for cards/weapons, but he knows the room will already be picked over.
  15.
  16.
  17. First Blood: Considering the rather ominous warning given by our gracious hosts, I would advised that some blood be shed by the players, lest it be shed by someone else. Otis would agree. He has to commit this sin so that others will not have to. That is his duty as a solider and civil servant. It may be subtle and unnoticed. It may be sudden and shocking in plain sight. It may be bloody and brutal. But it will likely happen, and with great success if our host's words are to be properly heeded. Otis needs to complete this task in order to supply an innocent with immediate extraction(dont care if immediate extraction cant be gifted/traded, it's a character motivation/assumption, Carl can break the bad news to him later if that is the case.)
  18.
  19.
  20. Injury: Otis in no way plans to volunteer to get injured himself and will reply with lethal force to anyone that tries to attack him. Should Olivia, Valeria, or Lexi attack Otis he would rather opt to knock them out.
  21.
  22.
  23. Public Enemy: Otis discussed with Lexi that the best way to accomplish this was to group up on their adversaries, after doing such on the 4 they would then negotiate who receives harm among each other. Otis volunteered to do the harming and first aid, though I doubt the others are smart enough to permit this. Avoid a scenario in which one party member or adversary tries to sabotage the effort and steal the nemesis prize with a surprise attack. Any one so greedy as to attempt such would likely be handing the nemesis prize right over to him.
  24.
  25.
  26. Public Nemesis: I really want Otis to get this so I don't think the reward should be left on the table. This job is pretty much setting Otis up to start a blood bath though because once he starts attacking the people that are adversaries he would much prefer them to just be eliminated right there. Luke, Ogi, Rose, and Emmanuel are easy targets to choose for Otis, but he will have to harm someone he cares for to get this. Out the alliance the most ideal injuries to inflict would be on Jazz, Bijou, and Kat because she already said she was up for it in return for one of the items. I doubt Bijou and Jazz will prompt Otis to do such to them so he may have to have very keen eyes to find the chance to injure both of them. It has to be done swiftly so that there is no protest or counter. Maybe Otis will get public nemesis some other way but he sure as hell doesn't want to injure Olivia, Valerial, or Lexi if he can help it so I am giving you this scenario in hopes that it may actually become viable at some point.
  27.
  28.
  29. Fine Arts: If a smashed plate needs every piece of the smashed plate to be recovered then Otis starts breaking the shit out of them like he was greek. Scattering them so far the task becomes impossible with the time amount given. Saving only so many to complete the task among his friends, however he will likely not be among friends, so destroying all of them outright before anyone arrives might prove prudent. Let's also not miss the opportunity here to endear or fool Emmanuel into giving Otis some good faith, if Otis can charm him here, it might open up the opportunity to assassinate him.
  30.
  31.
  32. Fresh Air: Otis believes the secret passage could be anywhere so its not something to rule out even in the art room. Hell, what if it was behind one of those monitors embedded into the walls? That said, Otis himself suspects it is in the infirmary, the most unlikely place. Otis also knows that Lexi and the others think its in the store room.
  33.
  34.
  35. Cards: Once again collecting cards are a priority. I thought about saving that graveyard card for later but if using it means he can score a double kill this round then so be it. Otis will use the card on Luke so that he can easily be assassinated. If Otis can use the card at anytime he might wait to see who is the biggest threat among Ogi, Rose, Luke, Emmanuel and then use it on them.
  36.
  37.
  38. Combat: All players are potential threats or targets for elimination. Otis doesn't plan on killing anyone in the alliance but if they attack him then the gloves come off. That reminds me, what do the OJ Simpson gloves do? I guess Otis wears them this round. Otis is friendly and cordial as usual, rewarding those loyal to him, possibly even rewarding those he plans to then immediately assassinate... would be a rather good approach don't you agree? As soon as Otis hands someone something as harmless as a document or plate then he has already occupied and disarmed one of their hands, to add salt to their wounds they are also making eye contact, giving him ample opportunity to blind them with his laser pointer, which in turn yields the sparse few seconds needed to murder the absolute shit out of them with his tire iron and knife or whatever else is at his disposal. If say Lexi and the rest of the alliance suddenly turned on Otis he would likely nope the fuck out of the situation, but like I said he is preparing himself for a scenario in which he has to fight a large group of people by himself. If the alliance does manage to group up quickly, Otis will play squad leader and track down the others to injure before going to the infirmary to complete all stages of public enemy with the group. If they don't seem like competent fighters then Otis will give them tactical advise and try to assist them.
  39.
  40.
  41. Weapons: Crowd control. Crowd control. Just wanted to say it one more time to put emphasis on how important that is. Crowd control. Otis tried to put emphasis on the value of grouping up to the the others in his alliance. He is fully prepared for the scenario to turn on him in which they try to teach him that lesson first hand. For all Otis knows he will get ganged up on this action phase or worse the next one if he is announced as a killer by then. He is very prepared to be public enemy number one, and as such takes precautions to build up his arsenal for group fights. Because of the crazy nature this action phase might have, Otis may be more willing to use large weapons that he sees on the field if it is a mob rule scenario and stealth is no longer needed. He will just as easily ditch them for speed and stealth should the situation change however.
  42.
  43.
  44. Enemy weapons: Everyone should be armed by now so he takes caution in that regard. Ogi and Luke he actually saw go into the workshop. He's probably capable of disarming them if he gets em with his laser pointer first. He assumes anything and everything that was shown in the shop is now on the field and ready to be used against him so he is super cautious about other laser pointers or flashbangs. For example if someone just tossed a flashbang in his room from the secret passage he would likely just duck and cover to the best spot without missing a beat.
  45.
  46.
  47. Watch Your Back: Otis does this. He's rather use to it, quite skilled too.
  48.
  49.
  50. Game Plan: Are the others compliant with any of the plans Otis laid out with them? Do they assist him in battle? Better reward their loyalty then. If they betray his alliance they are taking a dangerous gamble. If others simply did what Otis told them to then this game's results would be much more pleasant. He is highly qualified and here to help these people regardless of his own expense, but that simple fact is likely pearls before swine. I fucking hope not. Fuck everyone but Markus.
  51.
  52.
  53.
  54.
  55. Alliance: Otis, Olivia, Lexi, Valeria, Kat, Jazz, Bijou
  56.
  57. Adversaries: Rose, Luke, Ogi, Emmanuel
  58.
  59. Best girl: Markus
  60.
  61.
  62. Markus: Any exchange or time had with this character is extremely valuable, even if just irrelevant flavor text he is good for character moral. It is most unfortunate that our host will not permit Mr. Wallace to accompany our player. Otis never did trouble him for his own story, out of respect of course, however he is quite interested I assure you. To both mine and Otis' dismay, our friend Markus cannot go on adventurers with Otis and live out his stories first hand. Still, he is an incredibly precious friend to be had, or terrible foe to make...
  63.
  64.
  65. Ogi: He turned down an offer to team up so what good is he? No one seems to trust him either. Ideal candidate for first blood, no one will miss him. Still, he made it to the workshop last morning, that means he's armed, and he will likely be on high alert this morning as well. His condition may prove the better of him, though. He will likely get punished for it.
  66.
  67.
  68. Luke: Also refuses to cooperate. No one in the alliance seems to like this one at all. They are all in agreement that he is the biggest threat. Stomping him out as a group may actually happen. Still, it would be better to assassinate him if the opportunity arises. Killing him while in the middle of a stomping would be easy as hell, but what if that makes Otis the next one to get stomped? If so Otis will be sly enough to wait for eyes to wander elsewhere before landing the finishing strike on his life.
  69.
  70.
  71. Rose: She is trouble, and Otis doesn't underestimate her claims to see the future, in that regard best to use her expectations against her. Her reason for being here is highly suspicious. I would actually prefer this one be killed the most, but Otis will pursue what is viable over desirable so that his efforts are not fruitless.
  72.
  73.
  74. Valeria: She manages to tug at the heart strings this one. She will be injured from the shock that Lexi doomed her to, and Otis blames himself for this. He arranged for Olivia to accompany her to the infirmary, he told her that she could trust her. Hopefully when Otis achieves first blood he can transfer the immediate extraction reward to her. Otis could blackmail the head of the department of justice if he wanted, thus he has more than enough friends that can give legal representation to her significant other who is allegedly suspect for a crime they didn't commit.
  75.
  76.
  77. Lexi: This woman... both myself and Otis feel violated by her... he plans to recruit her as an agent now. She's already compromised him a great deal, if Otis can just get her to shed her naiveté she would make a great apprentice for him to groom. Otis has big plans for this one. However, she was unwilling to accept the possible outcome of murder happening. Otis is well aware it could be risky killing someone in front of her, but he will have to deal with the ramifications either way as she will surely find out even if he does it behind her back. Otis will be learning to apologize effectively.
  78.
  79.
  80. Jazz: Apparently her sheepishness towards him was due to Kat being quite afraid of him herself on the first day. Most unfortunate, those dossiers have only caused harm for him so far, never should have pursued that asshole at the dead drop in hindsight. Lexi is quite attached to her, maybe saving her life is the best way to relax this wary relationship. I'd rather Otis just assassinate the bitch to be perfectly honest :| She will likely only continue to undermine his efforts and cause trouble for him, much like Bijou... A scenario in which he saves her life but she still ends up dying from a fatal wound is the most ideal, but I doubt our hosts are handing out ideal situations so easy this round.
  81.
  82.
  83. Otis: I am doing a really bad job.
  84.
  85.
  86. Emmanuel: He agreed to meet up with Otis in the art room so that alone gives him more value than say Ogi or Luke. Making a friend of him this round may prove rather useful. Not to say he shouldn't be assassinated if the perfect opportunity arises. That said, it was rather poignant that he wished to visit the art gallery one final time. If Otis does assassinate him here I hope he is content with his surroundings as the sacrificial lamb for the group. Otis said he would like for them to both get out unharmed so that he can see his artwork. Emmanuel agreed in a rather foreboding manner, I wonder if he is the kind of artist that sows severed body parts together or simply just finger paints :| Unfortunately Otis does have to injure him so it might just be easier for him in the long run to escalate that injury into a murder. Maybe he should even devise an ambush since he will be in the art room first. I guess he plays it by ear and does whatever he thinks is best depending on what the state of the art room is even like. Warming him up in the art room and then assassinating him when he least expects it sounds like the safer bet, but killing him outright once he arrives is more time costly. Otis might also have back up on the way so killing him should be viable this round. If there was one survivor out of the adversaries I think Otis would prefer it be Emmanuel over the others but he has to take the chances he gets to successfully kill regardless.
  87.
  88.
  89. Carl: Carl is Carl, cant say much more right now unfortunately. I guess Otis should pm him more? I just assumed he would give fuck off answers to his questions and that I would be wasting your time.
  90.
  91.
  92. Alfred: Again, barely talked to him this round so nothing new to state sadly.
  93.
  94.
  95. Kat: Yeah the approach I took with her dossier kind of backfired. Seems like she isn't as afraid of Otis anymore at least, but who knows. She still seems willing to work with Otis. Hopefully remains a useful ally. She also volunteered to take one for the team to complete public enemy but it would be best to not injure her until the end where they are safe and have possible first aid near by.
  96.
  97.
  98. Bijou: No good will come of this woman.
