- Description: David was walking through his neighborhood, when White approached him and punched him in the head, before demanding his cellphone. David fought back, then fled to a parking lot, before calling police. While he was on the phone with the dispatcher, White returned and shot him once in the chest, before fleeing with David’s phone. He then walked to a nearby friend’s home and told them about the murder, before complaining that the cellphone was not a nicer model.
