Lyra meet Lemy [Luna/Lincoln][/tlvg/]

“Here he is...” Luna said drowsily as Lincoln and Lyra walked into her room.

“He’s beautiful...” Lincoln said in a hushed tone as he approached. Luna’s arm extended the little baby to him and Lincoln anxiously accepted. “What did you name him?”

“Lemy, Lemy Limpbizkit Loud... Little guy was a b-i-t-c-h to get out.” Luna said with a soft smile.

“Mommy! I can spell and that was a swear.” Lyra said with a look of disapproval.

“My b, baby. Quarter in the swear jar, Uncle Lincoln was nice?” Luna said as she motioned for her daughter to come over.

“Yes. We had pizza last night, but that was because we were going on the airplane to see you!” Lyra says as she walks over.

“How was the airplane, darling?” Luna said, she looked over to see Lincoln playing with Lemy; bopping him on the nose, babbling.

“It was good. My ears popped, but there was ginger ale. And I could see the water, and there was a farm. And-“

“Sweetie? Do you want to hold Lemy?” Luna interjected.

“Can I!?” Lyra yelled.

“Lincoln?” Luna looked to her brother.

“Oh yeah, sure.” Lincoln said as he sank down to a knee and set about helping Lyra hold her brother. “Here, support the head with your hand. And hold his body like this. I’ll help a little bit, there you go.”

“Hi, baby...” Lyra said softly, but excitedly.

Lincoln takes a step back and stands near Luna.

“Isn’t that precious?” Lincoln said.
