  1. ARROZ CON LECHE (dessert rice with milk)
  2. For 5 servings
  3. 112 gr of rice
  4. 590mL of water
  5. 200 g of condense milk
  6. 177 g of evaporated milk
  7. milk (the needed when we are cooking so the rice conserve its humidity)
  8. sugar (to taste)
  9. 1 cinammon stick
  10. 5 cloves
  11. 40 gr raisins
  12. 1 or 2 tablespoons of vainilla
  13. orange zest or orange licor
  14. (optional) 1 tespoon of almond extract
  15. 40 gr of butter
  16. powder cinnamon (for decoration)
  17.  
  18. Put the cinnamon and the cloves in a spice bag so we can take them out when necesarry
  19. Boild the water and add the spice bag and the rice, covered and let it boild for 16 minutes
  20. add the condense milk and evaporate milk, give it a stir, cover and give it another 8 to 10 minutes
  21. if you see is evaporated to much add milk
  22. Add sugar and stir
  23. Add the raisin
  24. add the vainilla, zest or orange licor and almond extract stir and boild for another 8 to 10 minutes
  25. is it is to dry add milk and boild for 5 minutes
  26. remove the spice bag
  27. add the butter and dissolve it with the heat turn off
  28. let ir cool a little and serve with some cinnamon on top
