i think there's some interesting concepts in there, let me run it back past you to see if we're on the same page:
- a new role under rewards mgmt
- they reward the people who get the staff of the month awards
- part of this rewards mgmt will be a permission to allow people to post images
- this person would also do seasonal events
- the rewards departments who are excelling

But the people who get staff of the month thing maybe slightly different, ofc staff of the month is done on management discretion, reward management would be more on amount of slots hosted and management opinion on who should be given an award, so if they choose someone for STOM they can’t also suggest them for Rewards
Just gives more than one person recognition across departments when some@of the depts are so big and lots of people are contributing who may feel like they went under appreciated when we only do one stom

i dont want people in the server that arent moderately active on habbo tho

as i do see the benefits
but the thing with the person being YOU
as u have been the same for years
have enthusiasm
and then get bored
and then were stuck with a new process and nobody wants to do it
thats my main reservation

Yeah that’s fair enough. I mean yeh there’s no denying I do get bored, but then something like this I think could help curb that, just with it including seasonal competitions and events.
