[23:34] Ethan Hawke says, "The second reason is that she ran off the moment she learned that to go fight Sors."

[23:35] Reito Shimasu says, "Oh dear."
[23:35] Ethan Hawke says, "... yeah."
[23:35] Reito Shimasu says, "Well, she's rather foolish but -..."
[23:35] Reito Shimasu says, "Let me see the staff, then."
[23:35] Ethan Hawke says, "But I think I know what I'll focus on from now on."
[23:36] Reito Shimasu asks, "What?"
[23:39] Ethan brought out the staff that Reito had worked with so many times before. It was exactly as she had left it last time, save for a single detail. Where there used to be the Netherworld command etched upon the foci now laid all six Wayfinding circles, complete and mightier than ever. A glow that was neither subtle nor green was easily noticed as the colors of the circles remained everchanging, creating a rainbow of sorts, peppered with colors unseen before.

Perhaps he had been a bit too excited to use Satsuki's gift, though it hopefully would fall in line with the Kitsune's opinion of Ethan's new project.

"The lifestream. I'll use both my knowledge of Wayfinding and Roko'Roko's feather to repair it wherever I go passively. It'll need... a lot of power, but I've already begun working on it. I know we can't purify those from Helheim, so we should make sure they get to stay where they belong and heal themselves in due time, yeah? 'Cause... that was Thera's solution; letting them repent in Helheim is the only way we can save them."

[23:46] Reito's eyes watched Ethan intently, the subtle glow of pink brightening ever so slightly at the prospect of allowing the Nethradin to repent. It seemed to be the proper path, yes. As the staff was brought out, the Kitsune's hands rose, touching it lightly, fingertips grazing it.

"That's a good idea," She said gently, as she focused her own runes - they appeared, in those alternating colors, both above and below. With a simple twist of her wrist, the previous binding of the Nethradin was undone, and finally she removed her fingers, "Roko'Roko's feather is the best tool to use for that goal, as well, given it's from an incarnation of the Lifestream made physical."

"I believe I have my next goal in mind, myself. I'll go beyond Sunyata, and offer an alternative to killing altogether," She said, "I mentioned it when we were drinking, about sealing Sors' magic. I think that's the right path..." She trailed off, closing her eyes briefly as she nodded.

[23:49] He couldn't thank her enough for what she was doing. What she had allowed him to do, too. This wasn't just your average project, this was something monumental and Reito had been there for every single step. She had given up on... a lot for this. This staff was as much his as it was hers, though telling her he wanted her to have it when he'd kick the bucket was way, way too dramatic.

"Do you think you can reach that? How're you gonna manage it, Rei-Rei? It'd take... like, two whole arms, a gallon of mana amnesia— something."

[23:55] She released a small laugh now, at Ethan's questions. Two whole arms and a gallon on mana amnesia. She merely smiled,

"I'm not entirely sure yet but... Perhaps an idea of utilizing my right arm would be a plan. Possibly another flower. It'd be similar to Sunyata, in it's actions and pathway but will definitely take more than normal Sunyata!" She said, sounding so excited by the prospect of introducing something entirely new to Agartha.

[23:55] Ethan Hawke asks, "... I guess we'll just have to see and do it, yeah?"
[23:55] Ethan Hawke says, "I'm sure you can manage it. We've gotten this far together."

[23:59] Ethan rose his right hand up, offering a fist to bump for the woman, alongside a smile.

"Let's go back in the square, yeah?"

The Regent peered curiously at the fist held out to her, and gingerly she reached her own hand up.... Grasping the fist and shaking it.
