NPC Smarter Water AI - Full Compatibility

<Purpose>
- How come you are the only one who can swim in Skyrim, why don't enemies follow when you go into water ?! This doesn't make sense, this mod a very simple and s compatible with everything, so there is no reason NOT to use it!
