- 2-8oz cream cheese
- 2/3 cup sugar or 1/3 cup splenda
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- beat until smooth,pour into a buttered pie dish
- bake 350-40 min
- sit out of oven for 20 min
- mix a little more than 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp splenda
- mix together until smooth
- spread on top
- bake -10 min
- Cool 2-3 hrs
- keep in ref rig.
