  1. Vitalists are those few that can recognize and manipulate the force of life itself. This is not to say that they are all-powerful, or even creators. Life must be there in the first place for it to be wielded, after all! The Vitalist's abilities are often misinterpreted as simple healing, when in truth they can be worked in much more varied ways. Often, their abilities do not actively cause or remove any damage, instead reallocating it.

Vitalists looking for another walk of life may opt to become Mediums of either division, using their power over life to curse or bless, or Rune Masters, attuning themselves to the odd life force of the Unown. Vitalists manifesting control over Aura, and becoming Aura Guardians, is not uncommon.

  11. Prerequisites: Novice Focus, Novice Occult Education
  12. Drain 1 AP - Scene - Full Action
  13. Target: A willing, adjacent Pokémon or Trainer
  14. Effect: You may transfer up to half your Focus or Occult Education Rank in Injuries from the target to yourself. Any Injuries removed this way do not count against the maximum number of Injuries that can be healed each day. Vitalist may only affect the same target once per day.

  20. Effect: You learn the Moves Pain Split and Aqua Ring. Aqua Ring is Normal-Typed instead of its usual Type.

  25. 1 AP - Free Action
  26. Trigger: You or your Pokémon Take A Breather
  27. Effect: The target heals HP equal to 1/4th of their Max HP, and is healed of 1 Injury; this does not count toward the maximum number of Injuries that can be healed each day. The target does not Shift and does not Trip or become Vulnerable as part of the action. Rest Easy, Now may affect the same target only once per day.

  31. Prerequisites: Slice of Life, Expert Focus or Occult Education
  32. Static
  33. Effect: You gain the Defy Death Ability. You may Drain 2 AP to activate Defy Death as a Full Action, ignoring Frequency. Additionally, the number of Injuries you can heal per day increases by half your Focus or Occult Education Rank.

  35. Sharing the Gift

  37. Prerequisites: Élan Vital
  38. At-Will - Extended Action
  39. Target: Your Pokémon with at least 2 Tutor Points
  40. Effect: The target loses 2 Tutor Points and gains the Defy Death Ability. Sharing The Gift may target the same Pokémon only once.

  45. 2 AP - Swift Action
  46. Trigger: You or your adjacent Pokémon hit with an attack with a Damage Base of 6 or less
  47. Effect: After damage is dealt, the attacker gains HP equal to 1/2 of the damage they dealt to their target.

  51. Prerequisites: Vitalist, Master Focus or Occult Education
  52. Static
  53. Effect: Whenever you gain Injuries from using Vitalist, you may choose to gain 1 less Injury than you normally would, to a minimum of 1.
