The Butterfly Inside 1

Summary

The story started with FMC and MC in an apartment. FMC is eating the ice cream seductively. MC blush and can’t concentrate. FMC then tease MC asking him did he has a boner. MC said no. FMC didn’t believe it and went to check it herself. MC run away to the bathroom and tell FMC to either eat the ice cream properly or just throw it away. FMC said she knew MC has a boner. MC still deny it. In the bathroom, MC with a boner, is thinking whether he make a mistake by making a bet like this with FMC.

Flashback to a few days ago, MC is informed that his dad has passed away. But his dad left his mother and him long time ago. He can’t remember him well. Besides, his mother has died of chronic illness a few years ago. So now, MC is the only heir to the property, a building. MC can’t believe that he changes from a tenant to a landlord in just a few days. It is a weird feeling. He is unsure he should be happy or sad about it. But he think he should be feeling sad because his dad just died.
Then, the old man inform MC that he is the new landlord to this building, and he has already informed the rest of the tenants about him being a new landlord. Old man also talk about finding tenant for room 301. Then, MC move in to room 401. After that, he went out to meet his friend. On his way, she saw a pretty chick (FMC). He is wondering whether she is one of the tenants here.

In the drinking session with his friend, Friend is jealous that MC has suddenly become an owner to a building. MC said it is just a villa, not a building. Then, friend suggest MC to recruit more pretty girls as his tenants, so that when they can’t pay the rental, they will offer their body instead. MC is having a mild imagination of FMC doing that. MC also think that his friend should never be a landlord, it is dangerous.
After finish drinking, friend ask MC to join the reunion party tomorrow. MC refuse. He said the people bully him and look down at him. Friend said MC status is different now, he is now a building owner. Not to mention, there are some girls has not marry yet. It could be his chance. Besides, MC first love will be there as well. Friend encourage MC to attend the reunion party tomorrow.

Then, MC went back to his building. Then, he notice the light is on, and there is a pair of shoe in his apartment. He is wondering who is inside. Then, he rush in and notice FMC unpacking her stuffs in his apartment.
