Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about a laptop that i have bought on your website.
I have bought the laptop last week as a birthday gift for my brother, but unfortunatley, when he turend on the laptop, the screen didn't work.
I think the solution to this problem would be to replace the screen as the laptop seems to turn on.
With this letter, i had included the recepit and all the warranty documents, im hoping to get a replacment as soon as possible.
