  1. This move is weird
  2.
  3. For unlocked orbs, when you release the button, the orb does not detonate immediately. Instead, it first begins a 5f pre-detonation period. If you press another button during this period, the orb will lock, and can no longer be moved. The pre-detonation perios also occurs if you aren't pressing any buttons while the orb is spawning or moving, and will happen 5f before it finishes spawning or moving. Including the pre-det period, unlocked orbs have 9f startup.
  4.
  5. If you have a locked 421C out, when you release the button, there will be no pre-det period and the orb detonation will have 4f startup.
  6.
  7. During the pre-detonation window, it is possible to set another 421C. This necessarily locks the first 421C, so it is impossible to have more than 2 at once.
  8.
  9. In addition to the pre-det period, there's also a 2f pre-move period. If you input a direction for only 1 or 2 frames, the orb will not move.
  10.
  11. If you slide hold to D while the orb is moving (or during the pre-move period), it will remain movable even while holding D. This effect is lost if you slide hold off D and then back to it.
  12.
  13. If Aoko turns around while the orb is moving (or during the pre-move period) the controls of the orb will be flipped. Left will send the orb right and vice versa. If Aoko throws with the orb out, the controls will be reversed for the duration of the throw.
