  58. Basically, this DuskMod team is a hyper offense team, but with a Jellicent added in to stall out threatening sweepers and wear down the opposition, making sweeping easier. You have Klinklang and Eelektross for set-up sweepers, and Hydreigon and Braviary for choiced sweepers. Cryogonal is a great dual screens setter, and helps the team against Ferrothorn (w/o Gyro Ball) and other pokes that aim to wear you down with hazards. It should be noted that Archeops is one of the pokes this team has difficulty dealing with, but Jellicent has been ev'd to take a scarfed archeops head-to-head, and braviary is faster than any non-scarf variants. I hope this team has given you some ideas, and feel free to make suggestions to help improve it.

  117. OK, so evidently, I'm not the best at stall teams, but this team is unique in that it uses an unexplored stalling tactic. The unique aspect of it is Shadow Tag Gothitelle. Gothitelle makes a nice staller and assistant to stall teams because (A) it has a very nice bulky spread and only one weakness (x4 to bug) and (B) it has access to Toxic, Protect and of course, Shadow Tag. Since Shadow Tag prevents switching, even pokes w/ recovery options quickly fall to the accerating damage of Toxic. W/ Gothitelle, many pokes will fall when trapped by it. This team also includes some unique stall sets such as mono-attacker Serperior and Acid Armor Cryogonal. Anyways, as I'm nowhere close to the king of stall, please make suggestions for improvement.

  176. OK, so now we have one of those classical teams that's built out of various attacker sets to make a synergized offensive team. While these six sweepers have good synergy (there is better, but it is still good), in reality, these are six of the sets I have come to really like in my DuskMod experience. As so, I will explain each one individually. Samurott got a huge boost w/ access to Shell Smash, and I've found it makes a great anti-lead when given a Focus Sash. Obviously, Surf is the way to go since Torrent will likely be activated and you don't want a miss in such a life-or-death situation. Archeops used to be an all-out boss, and finally it was nerfed of its prized EQ and Bulldoze and its SpA was nerfed to stop use of Heat Wave and such. Nevertheless, even w/o its prized coverage move, it makes an insane revenge killer and late-game sweeper (until Scizor shows up, that is). I've tried three sets on Archeops: Bandcheops, Scarfcheops, and Rock Polish. All of the sets had their uses, but I always liked Choice Scarf more for its speed and sheer power to match. Volcarona was gifted by the damage CAP of Stealth Rock at 25%, and it has seen a lot of use due to that. I've tried Giga Drain, but Roost has proven more useful to me in the majority of situations. This set is the same as in normal OU, so I think you get the gist. To be honest, at first I thought Technician Klinklang would be totally OP with Gear Grind, but some Atk nerfing has balanced it out for the most part. Klinklang I've always liked for its simplicity: Shift Gear, and use those gears to grind opponents into dust. Basically that's it, nice and simple. Hydreigon is another standard OU set: Draco Meteor and switch, 'nuff said. Conkeldurr has changed a lot in reality, but I still like Guts on it to deal w/ Stall Teams. It has access to two other nice abilities in Sheer Force (which now powers up Hammer Arm) and Oblivious (which has been changed to a buffed-up Clear Body, where Superpower doesn't lower Conkeldurr's stats). Anyways, the way you use Conkeldurr really depends on the needs of your team and personal preference. One other thing to note, Conkeldurr also gets access to Sucker Punch, which is useful. I just prefer Payback since Conkeldurr is bulky and almost always goes last. Anyways, soon Kanto pokes will be added to the DuskMod Metagame, so enjoy these teams while I start designing ones with Kanto pokes added in. Enjoy!
