  3. Meta-gaming is the form of spoiling information on OOC (Out of character) by typing IC (In character) information on OOC and vice versa.

  5. Section 1.1: General rules
  6.  
  7. 1.1.1: Disrespect pointed towards anyone in OOC (Out of Character), no matter who it is for what reason will be punished.
  8. 1.1.2: Staff members always have the last word. If he/she decides to make a final conclusion out of a case.
  9. 1.1.3: Ignorance, or not knowing the rules is not a valid reason to avoid a punishment.
  10. 1.1.4: Avoiding an admin sit (Suicide, re logging, running off, or any other way) will result in a direct punishment. Either by kick or ban.
  11. 1.1.5: Anyone caught hacking, cheating, exploiting bugs, or doing anything else to gain an unfair advantage in the game will result in a direct permanent ban.
  12. 1.1.6: Avoiding a role playing situation in any way will result in a kick/ban.
  13. 1.1.6.1: Interfering with an ongoing RP situation will result in kick/ban.
  14. 1.1.7: By playing, you agree that you have read our rules, and that they can change at every moment.
  15. 1.1.8: By playing, you agree with the fact that you will be punished for breaking any of the rules in this document.1.1.9:The server maynotbe used to buy or sell anything outside of the in-game items. This includes but is not limited to: Selling/buying Steam games, Selling/buying real life money for in-game items or money, buying/selling a staff rank. This rule excludes selling a VIP rank (Bronze VIP, Silver VIP and Gold VIP) for in game money.

  18. Section 1.2: Chat and voice-chat

  20. 1.2.1: We have multiple commands to announce things in-game. Examples are: /ooc (Or //), /looc, /pm (Only works with unique first- and last names), /w, /y, /me, /it, /advert, /radio, /911, /report.
  21. 1.2.2: Advertising on our server (Includes but not limited to: Clans, servers, gaming communities, hacks...) will result in a direct mute, duration chosen by grade of rule breaking.
  22. 1.2.3: Spamming and voice-spamming will result in you being muted.
  23. 1.2.4: Use the /advert channel for serious things only. This means you can only advertise on it, or announce events, or threats. This is not limited to the previous list.
  24. 1.2.5: Meta gaming is not allowed. If you are caught doing so, you will either get muted or banned.

  26. Section 1.3: Props
  27.  
  28. 1.3.1: Prop block has zero-tolerance. Prop blocking results in your props being removed, or you getting kicked/banned.
  29. 1.3.2: Do not abuse the props in any way. This includes but is not limited to: Prop surf, prop push, prop kill, ramps to none reachable locations. This excludes prop pushing a car which is stuck in a gentle way.
  30. 1.3.3: Parkour is not allowed, and will result in your props being removed, a kick or a ban.

  32. Section 1.4: The staff, you, and your in-game money
  33.  
  34. 1.4.1: Scamming has zero tolerance. Caught doing so will result in a kick, ban or even a permanent ban.
  35. 1.4.2: Do not glitch yourself into non accessible areas. This includes but is not limited to: Locked buildings, underneath the map...
  36. 1.4.3: Do not craft in public to prevent your items from getting stolen, If someone picked your stuff up it is your own responsibility.
  37. 1.4.4: Crouch glitching is not allowed and can be classified under rule1.1.5
  38. 1.4.5: Do not over-price any in-game item, hoping a new player will buy it.

  40. Section 1.5: General role playing rules
  41.  
  42. 1.5.1: No killing in safe zones. Safe zones are: The Bank, Hardware shop, Car dealership, AM/PM or the BP (City or desert), City garage. Police may chase a suspect in these areas, but are not allowed to shoot unless they are getting shot at.
  43. 1.5.2: Do not commit crimes at: Busy areas like the main street, in front of ATM's (They are camera-protected, thus the police can see you), near NPC's (Except for drug dealers).
  44. 1.5.3: Do not RDM (Random Death Match). Never shoot, as shooting is last resort only. Always utilize Fear RP instead of starting to shoot. More information about Fear RP is at Section2.19.
  45. 1.5.4: Do not CDM (Car Death Match) in any way. This means killing people intentionally with your vehicle. This rule is bannable at all times. It can only be used in self-defense or if you ran a jaywalker it will not count as CDM however if you had the chance not to hit a Jaywalked then don't.
  46. 1.5.5: Utilize Fear RP. Do not run away from a gunpoint, and obey what the person with a gun says you to do. This is not limited to this, for a description of what Fear RP is, go to Section2.22.
  47. 1.5.5.1: Any melee weapons are not considered Fear RP.
  48. 1.5.5.2: You may grab a gun out if someone turns around for longer than 5 seconds in a Fear RP situation. You can only pull out a pistol. Anything else is a kick/ban.
  49. 1.5.5.3: If surrounded by hostile people, seen from your role playing situation (Cops when you are wanted, citizens if they are your enemies, ets), you are also under Fear RP. Surrounded means being surrounded by more then 3 hostiles.
  50. 1.5.6: Do not Fail RP. To get a definition of Fail RP go to Section2.21.
  51. 1.5.6.1: Fail RP includes but is not limited to: Suicide RP, being a superhero flying around solving all the crimes...
  52. 1.5.7: Every action you do in role playing, this includes but is not limited to: Grabbing a gun, weapon, holstering it, opening your car's window must be done in either /me or /it. Not doing so can result in a kick or ban.
  53. 1.5.8: No Fail Driving. To get a definition of Fail Driving go to Section2.24.
  54. 1.5.9: No free shooting. Free shooting is randomly shooting, shooting another person without reason without killing him. This is attempt to RDM, thus has the same punishment. More about RDM is found at Section1.5.3.
  55. 1.5.10: Obey NLR (New Life Rule). More information about this is found at Section2.23.
  56. 1.5.10.1: When you die and your car has crashed, always think that it is happened by a car accident.
  57. 1.5.10.2: You only remember: Your name, age, friends, location of your car (If crashed, obey Section1.5.10.1), organisation. Basically all of your personal information.
  58. 1.5.10.3: If you died in any way by any person, you may not return for revenge, even if in-game notified by one of your friends. You are in a new life. Revenge-killing is considered RDM.
  59. 1.5.10.4: If you died in a raid, do not return. If the raid is still going on after 15 minutes, and you are called you may return to assist your friends.
  60. 1.5.11: Do not spam-lock a door.
  61. 1.5.12: Do not get someone inside of your property to lock them up and selling the property.

  64. Section 1.6: Criminal activities
  65.  
  66. 1.6.1: Between every criminal activity you must wait 20 minutes. Criminal actives includes but are not limited to: Mugging, raiding, hostage, kidnapping.
  67. 1.6.2: You can only mug/raid/hostage the same person once per hour.
  68. 1.6.3: The maximum amount of money you can ask for a mug, and kidnap/hostage is: 3,000, and 5,000 from/for the mayor
  69. 1.6.4: In order to be able to raid, you or your crew / organisation must own a base as well.
  70. 1.6.5: Raiding is never done by a single person. This is counted Fail RP. Always raid with at least 2 persons.
  71. 1.6.6: During a raid, you may never RDM. RDM in a raid means: Killing people not involved in the raid. Use Fear RP on them.
  72. 1.6.7: During a raid, you may not randomly shoot through props, walls or doors. This is Fail RP.
  73. 1.6.8: Always role play a mug. At the end you can use a /me to knock-out the victim so he can't remember the mug. You can't kill during a mug either.
  74. 1.6.9: You can not revenge the player who killed you by illegal activities (Raiding, mugging, hostage-ing). This rule extends Rule 1.5.10 (NLR)
  75. 1.6.10: You can't mug a government official other than the mayor.

  78. Section 1.7: Bases
  79.  
  80. 1.7.1: Do not use refrigerators, beds, stoves, chairs as barricades. These items are not made to, so you can't.
  81. 1.7.2: Do not make shooting holes too hard to shoot at (Can only see the head, hitbox, cades, ets)
  82. 1.7.3: Do not create a long maze to get in your base. In addition to this rule no dead ends are allowed.
  83. 1.7.4: Do not use a property as a decoy.
  84. 1.7.5: Sell your property if you are done with it. Other people might want to role play in it.
  85. 1.7.6: Do not buy a property without using it. This is classified breaking Section1.7.4.
  86. 1.7.7: Do not contentiously try to open a door if it's locked, or knocking on a door.

  88. Section 1.8: Citizen rules and general job rules
  89.  
  90. 1.8.1: Always pull over for the police unless you are wanted. Role play the situation.
  91. 1.8.2: Don't run from traffic violations.
  92. 1.8.3: You may only run off from police if you committed a crime. This includes but is not limited to: Raiding, mugging, robbing the bank
  93. 1.8.4: In a pursuit, make sure the officers witnessed the crime. This excludes if the police came to back-up.
  94. 1.8.5: The mayor is always a free-game to assassinate, but do it in a RP manner.
  95. 1.8.6: If someone from the government should be demoted, notify the mayor.
  96. 1.8.7: No job-jumping.
  97. 1.8.8: You may not become a job to re-spawn your car if it is crashed.
  98. 1.8.9: Do what your job is supposed to do. You aren't an officer if you are a fireman.
  99. 1.8.10: Do not go AFK while being a government job. This will result in a blacklist.
  100. 1.8.11: Do not abuse your job to give yourself, friends or your organisation an unfair advantage.

  102. Section 1.9: Government officials
  103.  
  104. 1.9.1: Do not use your siren or your siren lights outside an emergency.
  105. 1.9.2: Do not break traffic violations outside an emergency.
  106. 1.9.3: Do not over-use the radio. Press "T" to toggle your radio. Spamming the radio is considered microphone-spamming.
  107. 1.9.4: Do not communicate with your organisation. This extends Section 1.8.11.
  108. 1.9.5: You can't be a spy that leaks information to any of your friends or organisations, anything or anyone.
  109. 1.9.6: You are not allowed to be a corrupt government official.

  111. Section 1.10: Police officers
  112.  
  113. 1.10.1: Do not randomly use your nightstick, taser, handcuffs or traffic tickets. This is highly bannable.
  114. 1.10.2: When pursuing someone, use your sirens.
  115. 1.10.3: Randomly using your road spikes will result in a blacklist.
  116. 1.10.4: Before executing someone you must have permission from either the mayor or a detective.
  117. 1.10.5: You are not allowed to return to a raid unless 15 minutes have past and you are requested as back-up by another officer involved to the raid.
  118. 1.10.6: Maximum jail time is 10 minutes, do not leave the prisoner and go for another call; leaving them there will cause a black list.

  121. Section 1.11: Paramedic, and Fireman

  123. 1.11.1: You may not patrol as a fireman and/or paramedic.
  124. 1.11.2: Paramedics can raid under Fear RP, or if requested by the police, but may never raid with his/her organisation.
  125. 1.11.3: The firetruck is not made to push around cars, or to ram people. This is considered Fail drivingSection 1.5.8

  127. Section 1.12: Road crew

  129. 1.12.1: The road crew is not allowed to patrol.
  130. 1.12.2: You are only allowed to tow a car when you got the permission from the owner of the car and/or the police. Make sure the police is at the scene.
  131. 1.12.3: Do not fail-tow cars. This includes but is not limited to: Other tow trucks, props...
  132. 1.12.4: Road crew is assisted to come and tow a car, either by the police, dispatcher or 911 requests or civilian calls.

  134. Section 1.13: The mayor

  136. 1.13.1: Keep the government officials under control.
  137. 1.13.2: Demote government officials if required. (With a Reason)
  138. 1.13.3: Do not have citizens protecting you at all unless taken hostage.
  139. 1.13.4: Do not have medics as a personal thing for the mayor.
  140. 1.13.5: No weapons except for pistols and hand-weapons can be legalized.
  141. 1.13.6: UseF3to manage the city. This includes: Job limits, taxes, and more.
  142. 1.13.7: Do not command anyone or anything to kill innocent people.
  143. 1.13.8: Do not random warrant.
  144. 1.13.9: You are NOT allowed to drive a car. That's why the Secret Service is there for

  146. Section 1.14: State Trooper

  163. 1.16.2: Your job is to protect the mayor, so do so.
  164. 1.16.3: Do not go out to drive the limousine randomly. The limousine is going where they mayor says it is going.

  166. Section 1.17: Owning a store/shop:
  167.  
  168. 1.17.1: Do NOT scam players. Saying an item is something it isn't.
  169. 1.17.2: Do NOT place a pile of items for a normal price with one overly priced.
  170. 1.17.3: Do NOT spawn lots of items. It adds lag to the server.
  171. 1.17.4: Do NOT pile spawned items on top of each other. This creates lag! Spread them out!
  172. 1.17.5: Do NOT Molotov shops!
  173. 1.17.6: Do NOT go AFK as a shop owner even if you are VIP!
  174. 1.17.7: Do NOT run around with items shoving them in peoples face trying to get them to buy it!
  175. 1.17.8: You MUST own a property to sell items out of. You may NOT sell items on the street corner.
  176. 1.17.9: If someone is in the shop and you want them out call the Police. DO NOT SHOOT THEM UNLESS THEY POSE A SERIOUS THREAT!
  177. 1.17.10: You CANNOT rob or mug the shop or its owner, staff or patrons.

  179. Section 2: Definitions

  181. 2.1: Staff members:People in charge of the server, helping people out and makes sure people will follow the rules.
  182. 2.2: Admin sit:A situation where one or more people are put somewhere with an administrator to find out the truth and a good punishment.
  183. 2.3: Hacking, bugs, exploits: Using third-party programs, or programming-mistakes to gain an unfair advantage compared to other people.
  184. 2.4: Role playing situation:Situation where role playing is involved.
  185. 2.5: Advertising:Promoting another service.
  186. 2.6: Mute:A punishment where you can't talk and send messages to other players.
  187. 2.7: Kick:A punishment where your current session on the game server is ended with a given message.
  188. 2.8: Ban:A punishment where your account will be blocked on the game server with a given message.
  189. 2.9: (Mic)spam:A situation where you flood the chat, or voice-chat with nonsense.
  190. 2.10: Meta gaming:The situation of spoiling information unobtainable information, or not-yet obtained information, or lost information due to failing to obey to the New Life Rule (Section 2.23)
  191. 2.11: Props: Objects players can move, build and trade.
  192. 2.12: Prop push:The act of pushing anyone, or anything using a prop.
  193. 2.13: Prop block:The act of blocking an area completely using props.
  194. 2.14: Prop surf:The act of using a prop to hover and move yourself.
  195. 2.15: Parkour:The act of jumping over props to get over something.
  196. 2.16: Scamming:A way of obtaining money, or items by unfair activities, such as hosting a lottery with the winner already known.
  197. 2.17: Craft:Making a new prop out of items.
  198. 2.18: Over-price:Pricing an item to an unreasonable price.
  199. 2.19: RDM:Random Death Match. The act of killing someone without a role play reason.
  200. 2.20: CDM:Car Death Match. The act of killing someone with your vehicle. This can have a reason.
  201. 2.21: Fail RP:Failing to role play properly, this means trying to be superman and pretending to solve every crime, such those things.
  202. 2.22: Fear RP:Failing to role play fear properly. This means that you are not obeying to someone pointing a gun at you, for example.
  203. 2.23: NLR:New Life Rule. You can't return to the place you died for 15 minutes. You only know your personal data, and where your car is.
  204. 2.24: Fail Driving:Failing to drive (Driving at the wrong side of the road or at the pavements, running red lights, crashing into cars) all the time.
  205. 2.25: Free shooting:The act of hurting anyone or anything using a gun or melee weapon without a reason.
  206. 2.26: Property:A claimable area which you can buy.
  207. 2.27: Criminal activity:Role play situations with In-Game illegal activities
  208. 2.28: NPC:Non-Player-Character. Usually a shop. This is not a player.
  209. 2.29: Mug:The act of robbing someone using the Fear RP rule.
  210. 2.30: Hostage:The act of taking hostage of someone using the Fear RP rule.
  211. 2.31: Kidnap:The act of kidnapping someone using the Fear RP rule.
  212. 2.32: Raid:The act of raiding someone's property with two or more raiders.
  213. 2.33: AFK:Away From Keyboard.
  214. 2.34: Radio:System where the government jobs are connected to. Voice as well as chat.
