Mikoto was approved and closed out on September the 18th 2013 and she's never advanced in max rank.

3. What plot have you done to justify this advancement? How is your master rank advancement reflected in the story? Ideally, please link us the logs of this plot; the plot must be run before the application is submitted.

The Searrs arc has just finished, which represents Mai-HiME's canon midway arc. Mikoto was called upon to respond to the threat of Orphans terrorising the grid, which culminated in Alyssa taking control of the sister schools and threatening to annihilate the student body. The HiME were all called upon to destroy the manufactured PRInCESS before she could wreck everything they loved, testing their ability and will to fight.

More personally, Mikoto has been learning how normal people work between the Orphan attacks, and forging a strong bond with Mai, the extent of which she's realised at the end of this arc. Mikoto has no basis for love outside of the absolute devotion demanded by her Lord Brother - now she's learned that love is all those feelings which are replaced by cold ice gripping your heart when that person disappears. (This revelation doesn't just apply to Mai, either!) Mikoto is someone who has never had a normal life before this, and so she has to learn these very basic skills -- but she's learning them, which promotes her personal growth alongside causing problems down the line when she's called to her duty.

4. If applicable, is the rest of your team ready to advance? If not, why should we make an exception?

The HiME Sentai (so to speak) are a big cast, and most of them aren't played, so I'm not even really sure a Team Clock is appropriate (Mai-HiME being one of those shows where the magical girls are ultimately individualistic). Mai and Mikoto make up a smaller unit within the cast, and we're both able and willing to advance after this, if that counts. I think that Mikoto advancing after this is a good idea to keep her scary, so to speak - as she says in the anime, the thing Mikoto is best at is fighting.

5. Please break down any Character Point Expenditures, Henshin Rank increases, entirely new Henshin Forms or other combat system consequences that you would like to fold into this big, dramatic moment for your character. If you would like the staff to do your stats for you, please describe the aesthetics of what you're looking for, including attack names.

Mai-HiME has never really been a theme where new Henshin Forms pop up*, so I believe that increasing her HiME Mikoto henshin to rank B would be the most appropriate solution.

In canon, the Searrs arc pretty seamlessly flowed into Himelander, and so Mikoto's power boost was shown with her being increasingly influenced by the Obsidian Lord - I don't think that's appropriate yet, as the Obsidian Lord is most likely still hibernating in Miroku here and won't come out for at least a year or two! (At least that's my estimation based on how plots cycle in and out on the grid.)

(*though I would certainly like to see Mikoto get a separate evil henshin when himelander crops up, that's not really applicable here)
