- Don't have to equip mega stone before Xerosic, swap Metronome to Mega stone in Geosenge fly menu (hard to quantify)
- Skip train station candy (-8)
- Skip using train station candy (-3.5, includes level up textboxes)

Bad:
- Buy Carbos (+3?)
- Crobat 13/16
- Malamar 14/16
- Aegislash 15/16 -> 12/16 +4 SC
- Golbat 9/16 -> 8/16
- Venusaur 11/16 -> 10/16
- Leafeon 10/16 -> 7/16
- Trevenant 13/16 -> 11/16
- Gigalith 2/16 -> 6/16 to die to EQ

Bottom three basically mean fast trevenant is dead
