  1. Wu, Haoyu carried with him a large bag of dumplings.
  2. "Now sit. A meditative position would be best!"
  3.
  4. Haoyu plopped down and crossed his legs.
  5. The bag of dumplings were placed onto the ground infront of himself.
  6.
  7. "Our Sutra is known as the Strength of the White Ox. It is a derivative of Enhancement and best used with Gyunhyeong. It's basis is simple when you get down to it. We consume excessive amounts of food and break it down into Qi. We then absorb it into our Meridians. It allows us to possess strength that others only wish they could achieve!. Endurance that even the Heavens envy!."
  8.
  9. Haoyu reached into the bag and procured a piping hot dumpling.
  10. Without a moments hesitation, Haoyu stuffed it in his mouth and chewed it up.
  11. It was quickly swallowed.
  12.
  13. "Focus on the stomach. Use the Qi within your body to breakdown the food within it and absorb it into your Meridian. Then when you release your Gyun, this Sutra will amplify it and allow you to do amazing things.
  14.
  15. This will be your training! Eat this bag of dumplings and process it into Qi.
  16. Transfer that Qi into your meridian and unleash your Gyun!"
  17.
  18. Haoyu scooted the bag of dumplings towards Chiwoo.

  23. Wu, Chiwoo took a small breath as he did as he was told placing himself into a meditative state. He figured he should've eat before hand and look there was a abg of dumplings being moved towards him. Feeling the small grumble of his stomach, as eh took a small bite from it nibbling on the last remants of the dumpling before he released a small breath. (1)
  24.
  25. With his stomach filled he carefully recited the words he heard to him several times as he started to focus on the stomach. Since he thankfully fed himself until he was ready to burst he used the qi from within to quickly break down the food to absorb it through his meridians like instructed. While he was no natural at it and it took time he had to continue to do so. (2)
  26.
  27. As for the training, one would have to remain still, right? Chiwoo could not properly recall doing such a thing as he was always active, but that was how he had used to absorb natural energy throughout his pours in his body. Right now, he was in a perfect meditative space underneath the pillars. A small breath escaped his mouth as he started to clear away some of the distractions in his mind around him, but when he did this, when he could no longer hear anything, he felt a heavy sense of isolation. Perhaps he was not used to this feeling? Maybe just the thought of nearing nothing, seeing nothing, etc. just made him feel empty inside? (3)
  28.
  29. He did not exactly know as a cold breath escaped his mouth as he started to relax his senses briefly to become more aware of the sounds of nature around him. He sighed to himself as he started to relax a bit while taking in the sounds around him from the snow melting and falling onto the leaves, the birds nesting within the tree to the wolves being on the move in the distance. He never fully realized how nature truly connected everyone in a different plane after he opened himself to it all. (4)
  30.
  31. A small breath left the young cultivator's mouth as he attempted to circulate and properly become ‘one with nature’, but something still bothered him greatly. Was it his hidden insecurities again? It was impeding his progress during this meditative practice after all. He sighed to himself as he simply wanted to focus on what was around him as he took in more of the vast natural energy being supplied around him by the world around him, the air he was taking in to invigorate him. (5)
  32.
  33. Now that was a feeling he could not quite describe; it was like a dam being ruptured open and water just spewing out of the opening. At first, Chiwoo was overwhelmed by it all, it was intoxicating to the cultivator as he could take in such refined natural qi, and properly mold it into his body and contain it into something new. (6)
  34.
  35. A breath released from his mouth as he could feel himself starting to get a bit more uncomfortable with the task. His body is in a comfortable position that he could sustain for a reasonable amount of time, he couldn’t properly focus his mind as he was more distracted about the future aspects of his goals, but that was simply another hurdle he had to overcome eventually. (7)
  36.
  37. He was still trying to process all the food he was shoveling into his mouth as he did not realized how much energy it too for him to continue this upkeep. He pause din his meditation to carbo-load again until it seemed like eh was half way done with the bag just to set it aside once again. (8)
  38.
  39. He sighed a bit after he had his fill, he felt like he was able to actually was able to at least complete the training, at least this first part as he grumbled to himself. He moved his hand over to center himself as he recalled focusing his qi into his stomach once again. (9)
  40.
  41. With a grunt he took the food stored within as he processed the qi into his meridians once again, feeling like he could do it as he was able to transfer the qi successfully through his body as he squeezed his hand around into a tight fist before he finally released that vibrant aura around him. "HA!" He shouted as he could FEEL the power of his gyun, like he could always feel it but his was vastly different. (10)
  42.
  43. "Ha, hahaha!!"
