2:08 - Nitpick: I'd say back off a bit, you don't want someone to just turn the corner and kill you randomly
2:14 - Definitely back off; you need three teammates in your sight at all times
2:17 - You're tunnel visioning on your Roadhog. Also, he's being pocket healed by Mercy, so you have no reason to look at him anyway
2:22 - Pointless nade
2:25 - If you didn't waste the nade, you could've used it on Roadhog now
2:40 - Questionable nade. Also, tell your Rein to go in lol. And yeah, don't go through the security room if they have a Symmetra. That's just asking for her to build ult charge easily
2:42 - You did not need to Tab; this is not a good time to do so
3:15 - By this point in time, you're just going to lose for no reason. You need to tell your team to go for the point. Look at the Objective Indicator and spam the voice line key which says something like, "Attack the Objective"
3:26 - Don't randomly toss sleeps like this; even if you hit it, nobody can follow up on it
3:33 - If you saved the sleep, you could've used it on Rein right now
3:36 - Nano Rein would've been a good idea, even though you still won that fight
3:44 - Poor nade; it got body blocked by Mercy. You had a lot of openings to throw it, but you were being too passive
3:55 - Now is the time I would Tab to see if anyone has their ult ready, in order to combo Nano onto it
4:38 - Definitely sleep Rein here
4:44 - Don't toss your sleeps like this
4:53 - You don't need to use your nade for this; just scope in and aim at Soldier
5:04 - Forget about Soldier; tell him to group up
5:20 - You have the right idea to anti-heal here, but you threw it without really timing it. Obviously you'd hit the Rein shield. Look for an opening or literally WALK IN, and then do it.
5:27 - I don't blame you for missing this sleep, but that's only because you're on console; on PC, I would've expected you to hit this
5:29 - Honestly, the better decision would've been to walk TO your Rein, and then group heal both you and Rein, and also anti-heal the enemy Rein at the same time. After that, you'd run inside the building and camp the healthpack.
5:39 - Nano Rein wouldn't hurt here
5:44 - If you had just looked before you threw the nade, you wouldn't have hit the Zarya shield
6:10 - Unnecessary heals; just focus on getting back to your team
6:16 - Group up, don't DPS. You have no idea what's happening to your team
6:27 - There's a health pack right inside this room. Why did you nade yourself?
6:36 - Stay on this high ground. There is no reason for you to drop down. Also, the fight's basically lost; abort
7:42 - You have 20 seconds left. Nano somebody as soon as you get to the point. Rein, Soldier, Roadhog, anyone

8:18 - Pointless nade
8:27 - You should be a bit closer to your team, since you can't heal anyone behind the building to your left. You don't have to be too close, but at least closer than this spot
8:42 - Pointless nade. Also, don't look to the left like that
8:56 - Not the greatest nade to make; you could've saved it for yourself
9:12 - Instead of looking around randomly like this, position yourself behind the payload so you can see everything that's going on
9:50 - Nitpick: You shouldn't stay in the dead center; stay closer to cover. You could've avoided some damage if you were positioned closer to the wall

Additional Remarks:
- Stay a bit further behind your team. In the beginning, you stayed more or less in the middle or in front of them, which means you couldn't see everyone at once.
- When you have Nano ready, be sure to check Tab to designate a target and be prepared to use it. Don't just hold onto it cluelessly. You need to have a plan.
