  3. The event with the tank and the train made public headlines and is still a big thing in the media. You guys escaped being singled out as the heroes and hounded by the press, but folks are obviously much more focused on who these people were and speculation on who this terrorist they got locked up in the Darkfeather Asylum is. You get a very distinct feeling that the press is having a hard time digging up much on Yanala's identity. All they got is a quick photograph of her being carried out of a ambulance, bound to a stretcher, and the Unown tattoos on her face. The big things you can take away here is the public is very wary of Unowns at the moment, there's a lot of speculation that this was more than just a bunch of criminals, and the Government is being very silent on the topic, letting the Rangers take the forefront here. It's difficult to say if this is because Parliament just hasnt' been informed of this and the League and Rangers are keeping it hushhush, or they are afraid to come forward with a press release on this.

  5. There's some stuff on the election and Leagues...seems like there's a lot of pressure for a Safari Zone and Biggy Lils keeps getting referenced. Parliament's in a bit of a lull as the sports seasons start to kick off, people's minds are elsewhere than politics and the conflict in Russia. Barely anything -on- Russia in the news beyond where this tank coulda came from.

  7. CULTURE SECTION:
  8.
  9. Biggest piece of news here is about the League Ball! There's a lot of celebratory interest in some of the personalities in the League and the media's in a bit of a frenzy at the moment on costume speculation, ideas for League members, and the highlights of last year. Seems the big winner last year was Miracle Eye's Xatu-based outfit - there's big expectations on her idea this year, along with some jokes wondering if she'll be stag again this year. The Ball is on Friday, April 10th.

  11. The Stag Lords continue to be a big topic. Recently it's been about how the League's been showing them how to make Apricorn Balls, and a few are even looking to become registered Explorers. There's surprisingly little controversy about how they live beyond the walls, being that this coverage is starting to reveal a lot about how they function as a society - they don't have walls, but they have similar practices in terms of leaving their community. Their adoration for the faith of Arceus is also a big point of curiosity among the media - this Father Ruth guy is a pretty regular name. You don't see a single thing about their practices involving Gijinka, mermaids, what have you.

  13. GOSSIP:
  14. Your appearances with Ammy Myres have still made a bit of a kerfuffle; people are upset that the Elemental Regalia is taking a break from competition for League work and that paparazzi aren't having an easy time getting pictures of her - you've been a bit easier, but honestly it seems people are more interested in your old band than you; sort of a mixed blessing, all things considered. Panic! At the Ditto is getting pretty positive publicity from it, and the media's off your back for the most part. They got some gigs coming up in Darkfeather soon.
  15.
  16. There's been no coverage on the fact the Ventomtalon Gym Leader's been on hiatus, so good news there at least.

  18. Thomas Gelzer seems to be have suddenly found himself in the lime light, but you aren't really sure why. It's something about a rumored voice message heard over speaker phone that went to the wrong person - a Thomas Galaks whose been vacationing in Veilbeak - and its content was apparently interesting enough that not only is everyone and their mother claiming to have heard it, everyone has a different account of what it was. You don't even, man, but it seems like this keeps happening to the two of them - messages to the wrong Thomas.
